Edit: Your "free inspection" is not a flex nor free. I've purchased all of my tires for the lifetime of my truck and done all work possible at your store spending $10s of $1000s. It is plainly part of your policy and not a free courtesy you handed out. Sadly, I've never been treated as badly as I was when speaking with BRANDON the supposed manager. He called me to tell me my truck was ready and rattled off about the condition of my truck in a dismissive and unsympathetic tone, raising his voice. I eventually heard his voice dissipate as if he stepped away from the reciever and made a comment such as, 'someone else talk to her' and further dismissed my concerns after raising his voice to me for no reason. I answered your phone call and have been dealing with trying to have my truck checked for safety because a drunk driver hit me. Chris or Aman should have his job as they were both excellent in their customer service. Aman, especially more professional even after Brandon attempted to cause tension between a loyal customer and the service manager(whom I've never even seen). Brandon lacks professionalism, kindness and of all else customer service. I will no longer be a customer after over 8 years and even after having your shop build my truck. Do better!

Every experience we have had at 4 Wheel Parts has given my husband and me a huge smile on our faces. We walk in to the shop staffed with people who are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They show a lot of care and concern for us getting exactly what we want even if we can’t articulate it in proper vehicle jargon and they always make sure everything is just right. When we had a grill guard installed, the first two were went back to the manufacturer due to some scratches 4WP discovered upon its arrival and when we went in for a lift, Mike Huggins remembered our special request for the truck to be measured for clearance height and he had that answer when he called to tell us our truck was ready for us to it pick-up. Their attention to detail is top notch and we will never shop anywhere else for our truck accessory needs!

Went to get the Jeep's tires rotated because my wife got upsold into buying huge Mickey Thompsons that she didn't need and they are heavy. An hour and half in to a 9am appointment and they try to upsell me into shocks and possibly an axle that is worn but definitely not "blown" or "failing", neither which are true. Almost two hours now for a job that my dead grandma could do in an hour. Did I mention that when they put the tires on when she bought them that they didn't realize she needed spacers and then wanted to sell her two sets for about $500 and then tried to convince me that theres were "special". Lol Avoid this place. There are better in town options with better customer service that don't actively try to screw you out of time and money. Gotta love how they blocked the windows to the shop so you can't even see how messed up they are. Seriously, I could have rotated the tires with the stock jack by now. And now they just pulled up and tried to give me the wrong jeep. Lolz

Staff was very friendly and provided good assistance and direction regarding my builds. Nice wide selection of products too.
