Andrew from 4th Systems helped us sort out our home network in our tall townhome, and we’re really happy with the results. These guys get it! After a long and exhausting hunt for a quality contractor to help with our customer in the Seattle area for a security alarm installation, we were referred to 4th Systems. The first call with Andrew and I knew we found the right place. He was pleasant to talk to, listened to what we were looking for, took time to understand budget knowing that we were subcontracting and lastly was able to work with us on a quick/tight window to get the installation done asap. Andrew delivered the quote promptly, we shipped the parts and he was installing in what seemed like less than a week turnaround. The client was happy with the installation and quality assurance is definitely part of their project management. In closing out the project, I personally spoke with their President, Coleman to congratulate him on the teams job well done. We talked about collaboration and ability to work together in the future.
