We recently bought a 2000 coachman RV and didn’t know much about RVs at the time of purchase. We ended up with significant roof issues and other maintenance issues that had been ignored by previous owners. 911 RV Repair gave us a complete breakdown of all the issues with the coach and helped us determine what was necessary to fix immediately and what could wait. They took time out to explain everything thoroughly and gave us many options for how to go about making sure our coach was safe and operable. They did the work professionally and very quickly! We are so happy with the work they did and the time they took to be sure we understood what was done and what we need to do to keep our coach in top shape! We were in a total pinch and 911 RV Repair saved us. We are moving out of state in 2 days and going to be full time RV’ing. As we went out to load up some items in the RV we noticed the fridge was was beeping and had an error code flashing. We exhausted all measures that we knew what to do and started looking for a mobile RV repair and to our surprise 911 RV Repair is also 24hr. I called at 8pm and a tech was at our house 90 minutes later. He trouble shouted, repaired and was gone in about an hour. Was worth every penny, and would highly recommend. He was courteous, prompt and very professional.

Highly recommended. As a business owner I personally understand the importance of quality service, integrity and customer care. RC responded promptly and was very courteous. I explained the urgency of our problem and we were going to be leaving for a trip in 2 days. He was at my home in less than 3 hours to evaluate the problem. He got right to work. Within 30 min he gave me good news and bad news. The bad news was we were not going to be able to use toilets. The good news was I could use the sinks and bath tubs. Darn! That meant I still was going to have to wash dishes. HaHa!. Unfortunately due the nature of the problem in our return trip we drop it off at his place of business. Good to know that good old fashion service and integrity is still alive. HAPPY TRAILS.....

RC from "911 RV Repair" came as a recommendation of the RV park we were staying at. The pulley for our kitchen slide out detached from the wall and the cable was off set from the pulley on both sides. He was able to provide a diagnosis of what likely caused the issue. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. What put him over the top for us was that he was able to put my family and I at ease, during such a stressful situation, with his sense of humor. He was quick, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and RC, to anyone that asks.

Had this company cone out and look at our horse trailer. Wanted to make sure everything was good with it and no broken springs or anything. So they give me a call and told me that it had a broken shackle on it.My trailer is sitting at galaxy down in temecula and I'm in utah.So I fly back down to horse show and I stop and look at my trailer and the shackle that's suppose to be broken. I crawled under the trailer and didn't find any broken shackle. So this company charges me 833 dollars to come out and do an inspection of my trailer ,which I don't think the tech did a very good inspection of the trailer,cause if he did he would of seen nothing broken.Then they wanted to change 754 dollar to fix it ,but there wasn't anything to fix.So I pretty much gotten taken advantage of since I wasn't there to watch them do the work. Really 833 dollar for inspection and 754 dollar to fix it when nothing is broken. Yeah I just got robbed and they don't tell you what there service fee is .I know if I lived here I wouldn't use this company. Serious 833 for an inspection which was maybe half ass done.What shady company and will take advantage of you if you aren't around. They said they took a bunch of pictures. But I received 2 pictures and one was blurry and couldn't tell what was going on until I climbed under it myself.I have pictures to prove nothing is broke.Well if you want to discuss my review you know how to get ahold of me.Until then my review will stay 1 star and my comment will stay here.Ask your technician he might still have number

I recommend RC and his staff for any RV issues you may have or are concerned about. Outstanding professionalism, advice, communication and work on all levels. The work I specifically had done, was due to all the normal use and maintenance one should keep up on, which I very poorly neglected for years. 911 RV Repair set me back on the proper path again, and prepared my 'SRFNHM' (surfin home) for my future upcoming adventures into retirement and life on the exploration fun road. RC was able to fit us in earlier than projected. He fixed the fuel pump for generator and replace our water pump in no time. In addition he also went above and beyond and performed some maintenance cleaning in our AC filters. He even had time to educate us on the proper use of our RV water pump. He was highly informative and the service was impeccable.
