Empire Electrical Service's electrician was really competent. All of the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. He answered all of our queries and gave us the impression that he understood what he was doing and could complete the task. The nicest thing was that our light fixture didn't have to be hung for days or weeks. His helper and he were eager to go to work right away! All in all, a wonderful job. If I needed to, I would employ their services.
Empire Electrical Service surpassed my expectations from beginning to end! The technician was really competent, dependable, and knowledgeable. My electrical panel was replaced by him, and he did a fantastic job. I had him come back out to replace and install smoke detectors, and he was fantastic!! 5 stars all the way!! I'll definitely call on him for any and all of my electrical requirements in the future!
Victor took the time to discuss what was going on with me and make sure I understood everything. They got to work right away and even cleaned up after! Had a follow up question after they already left, spoke with Sandra on the phone and she was able to help me out quickly. All around Empire Electrical Service is a great company and will be using them again.
Called to inquire about electric vehicle charger installs. He said it is $99 to come on site just to give an estimate and wouldn't take information and photos via email (have had 3 come out this last week without charging for that). When I began to tell him that was the case and I'd gladly be able to explain what is needed he hung up on me! I then called back with no answer. Unbelievable.
If you are in need of someone to take care of electrical related issues, I highly recommend Empire Electrical Service. They helped us out with a needed quick turn around situation at our home. He is very professional, friendly, reasonable rates, and did an incredible job with minimal disturbance. Simply the best!!
Very professional company to deal with. Extremely friendly and take the time to explain what is wrong and how to fix the problem. Not only were they outstanding in fixing the problems in a very timely manner but their costs were very pleasing. A company worth hiring for your electrical needs!!
