A1 Communications

Technician named Chris that came explained absolutely nothing to me about what was wrong, what he was going to do and what was completed. I was unable to connect to the Internet and COX sent this tech. Almost 2 hours after him being here he left and I was able to connect to Internet from my PC plugged in via Ethernet. I had already missed entire day of work yesterday and now 1/2 of today. Friday night after work is done I notice my TV won't connect to Internet. My thermostat won't connect. My phone won't connect. Technician gave me a business card with 2 disconnected phone numbers. Website phone is disconnected. COX gave me a phone number that NOBODY answers. Doesn't even say what the business name is just puts you on hold.

I Can't Get Them to Finish the Job! I set an appointment and the tech (Joe) came out. Cool. The next day I checked out his work and saw this. I texted him the photo here and asked him to return and finish the job and he gave me a time period he could return to close up the coaxial cable instead of leaving it out. He didn't come or call. I called the "Field Manager" who couldn't seem to catch his breath when he answered the phone and figure what to do or say. He was completely discombobulated and asked my address finally. Nothing has happened by way of communication (ironic huh?) or service at this point. I would have given a higher rating if the customer service and follow up were there. I'm sorry they responded and Cox Communication uses them. Maybe you will have better luck!

My only experience is the old man driving the silver Nissan Frontier that should have his license revoked for dangerous driving. That alone would steer my business elsewhere.

Damaged computer equipment in my home in 2016. Still refuse to acknowledge and compensate my damages. Do not use, ask Cox for a first party technician.

Our experience with A1 was very good. Danny our service tech was timely , pleasant, knowledgeable and focused on doing exactly what we needed to have completed. The work was exceptionally well done and completed in a minimum amount of time. Having a background in teaching technology education, I will attest to the quality of the work. It was better than most of the service provided by local telecom vendors. We will be using A1 for our additional service needs.

I used to work for these guys and they are awesome! The Tech's are the best out there. Robert is the best boss anyone's could have.

Cole and Andrew did a friendly professional job. We now have Internet and TV.
