Excellent customer service from B&M Electric. We needed to correct the undersink wiring for our dishwasher and install a surge protector on our breaker box. Making the appointment online was simple and Carlos arrived right on time. Carlos is so friendly and professional and honest. He took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain the work he was doing. He was very considerate of our home, wearing shoe covers inside and laying down protection for our wood floors while he was working. We will definitely call B&M Electric and ask for Carlos the next time we need electrical work done on our home.

Carlos, Jonathan and Rezal did great work. They were professional to a whole new level. Their craftsmanship was second to none and didn’t leave any sort of mess behind. Truly professional! Many thanks to the whole team!

UPDATE 9/3/25 1902 Final review after job completion. Since my last review, I have been very transparent about my frustration and disappointment, and even though the work progress and communication took many unexpected turns, I feel at the very least, good credits have to be given when it is due. Pros: -Owner of B&M Electric, Charles Vargas, have been very responsive and accountable. In my book, this is very respectable as it is difficult to find a company with these values nowadays. -Technician Rizal Smith was pleasant, experienced, and informative during the initial assessment and provided thorough evaluation. -They don't take short cuts. The receptacle used was an EV specific charger which decreases the chance of melting. Installation was solid, appropriate outdoor outlet cover was used. The overall apparatus feels well put together and is holding up well without issue thus far. Cons: -Initial contract was for a same day installation, however due to a missing component, the installation took 7 days to complete. After discussion, Charles ended up compensating for the time lost, which is respectable. -Estimate was higher than competitors, but of note, they favored quality materials and took no short cuts. -Fragmented communications. If a response or update was promised to be delivered at a certain time frame, it should be. This is inexcusable. Overall, even though the whole installation process took a week alongside my frustration with poor communication and having to hold their team accountable on a daily basis for updates, I find it very respectable that the owner was responsive, accountable for their faults, and took initiative to compensate for my time lost. Through our conversations, I can tell he takes pride in his company and truly cares about his business. Also kudos for a knowledgeable technician who didn't take short cuts and got the job done right. Thank you, B&M Electric.

Carlos and JC did an excellent job with our site inspection! They were professional, on time, and thorough. Our house didn't have any of the outlets grounded, and they were able to provide different options on what to do. They took their time to explain each issue and made sure I understood the fixes. I would definitely recommend!

After an issue with Edison I experienced a whole host of issues from blown out under cabinet lights to outages in 9 outlets. Dru came for an inspection within a couple hours of my call. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. In addition to the repairs I also decided to add surge protection and a car charger. Dru brought Christian and Adam on the scheduled day to complete the job. Christian and Adam also displayed the same professionalism as they efficiently completed the job. I feel secure in knowing I have B&M as my resource for electrical support.

I am incredibly happy with Carlos, Ken, and Jonathan. They did an excellent job installing my ChargePoint electric charger at my house. It was a bit complicated but they handled it with grace, professionalism, and kindness. What more could one ask for? They even pointed out some things that were not done properly over the years by other electricians. I feel comforted in knowing that everything is completely safe and up to code. They got me my permit in a timely manner and the work was done well. I couldn’t be happier!
