Jake, with his apprentice Diego, were awesome today. They troubleshot a ceiling fan issue, fixed a backward wired kitchen outlet, tightened loose wires under the kitchen sink and retighten every connection in the main electrical panel. I would highly recommend them for anything here in Sun City homes as Jake is very knowledgeable! Call them!

You can tell right away how experienced the technicians are. Jake and Diego were quick to figure out the issue with the switches and outlets and had us back up in no time. They also explained how to avoid any future issues. I definitely recommend if you want quick, reliable, and honest!

Jake & Diego did an excellent job researching our electrical problem on our patio with ceiling fans and lights not working. They replaced the GFI and circuit boxes that where compromised due to age and weather. I highly recomment MK ELECTRIC for their knowlege and professionialism.

The work itself seems fine, but the experience was disappointing. The technician’s comments during the job came across as disrespectful rather than constructive, which left a negative impression. Professionalism matters just as much as the finished product, and in this case it was lacking.

Our home warranty company set us up. Excellent communication from the first call to set up the appointment, to letting us know he was on his way the morning of. Del found the problem, even though it was something very strange, and fixed it quickly. He let me know what was going on every step of the way.
