Jack was extremely friendly and professional in his checkup of our furnace equipment. He advised along the way of finding no problems. I give a top review for excellent work . Most of this service call should part of our regular fees during this year for routine maintenance . Not received a separate invoice, if any, for today’s work, but I expect it to be reasonable.

Dillon was here today to work on my heater issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable at his job. He explained things to me that was easy to understand which I really appreciated. Fahnestock is fortunate to have him as an employee. I was very happy with his services!!

Jack is so helpful over at Fahnestock. We had issues with our HVAC keeping our house cool in this Kansas weather. He was really good at troubleshooting the problem. I made sure that it was fixed right. He even came back to take pictures to make sure that they were getting it taken care of. We loved working with Jerry! Even though we called at the end of a business day, he still came out that same day AND did not rush the appointment. Jack was absolutely wonderful. Did a great job on my mini split - even without the tools he hoped to have. .A very through job and I plan to have him out to work on it each year! He worked longer than expected but did the job right! Definitely calling your company from now on. I am calling to schedule earlier next year too. Worth every penny! Fahnenstock installed a new geothermal system for me in my house. Since then it has occasionally needed service and the techs they have sent out have all been great. They explain what’s going on with the system, and give me tips to keep it running better. Recently, Dylan came out late on a Friday during a heat wave and got my system up and running to keep us cool. Good company and good people!

Michael came out to do our 11 month check up, and since we purchased the bronze plan, he serviced our furnace and scheduled our AC cleaning as well. He was very nice and thorough, answering all of our questions and more. Very pleased we chose Fahnestock for our HVAC needs.
