They installed an EV charger which was nicely done. They also replaced my electric panel quickly, but there are still issues that need fixing — the dryer breaker won’t stay on, the handle tie is missing, and there’s a drywall hole left open. They need to return and address these problems before I can give full marks. I appreciate their work so far, but I expect a proper follow-up to finish the job right. I'm just disappointed because I did not want to leave a negative review and the technicians that did the work were nice and professional. I just wish they had done a thorough check before leaving my house.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric! From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Our technician, Alex Kasper, was absolutely wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly and even took the time to help us get things back in order after the electrical work was completed. The pricing was fair and transparent, and we really appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. It’s not often you find a company that combines great customer service with skilled workmanship, but Mr. Electric delivered on both fronts. Had Mr. Electric install under kitchen cabinet low-voltage lighting, a team lead by Will spent (2) days evaluating, planning, and installing the transformers, wiring, rope lighting, and switches/outlets. Their job was completed when they were completely satisfied with their work and we were satisfied with the outcome come. I had a great experience. I needed a new dedicated circuit for a treadmill and a new basement outlet. Shawn and Ryan explained everything clearly and they were friendly and professional. The work was executed within 24 hours of our walkthrough and they did a great job. Absolutely recommend.

Moved outlet fixture to outside post and installed electrical outlets in garage. Work and estimate completed same day. Professional and prompt. Even though i thought the job was overpriced he still did a great job.

I would highly recommend Mr. Electric. They were on time with plenty of notices about arrival. A lot of work had to be done to restore power to our garage, including a trench from house to garage. We had a couple issues after this was done, but these were taken care of promptly and we are pleased with the service. Alex came initially for the estimate and for the day-long work and a follow up issue, he was very efficient. Justin David should be commended for his great customer service when I had to contact him for the issues to be fixed and he came himself for the last one. He was very prompt and pleasant to correspond with.

The technicians, Joe and Vincent, were professional and certainly friendly. Upon understanding our needs, they quickly got to work after confirming and checking in for our understanding of the work to be done. The wiring they did was quick and neat, and this after realizing that this altered plan was in fact more exact. I thank them for their professionalism. Very glad we made the decision to call Mr. Electric.
