Andrew & Tim are highly skilled and always on time. They can perform any task extremely well and efficiently and have all the parts and equipment to perform the tasks. Andrew made extensive improvements to our new home & doubled our closet space. They also were our moving company and did an exceptionally great job! We have a lot of delicate antiques & accessories & they did a wonderful job. Andrew also installed an art deco chandelier & hung heavy mirrors & artwork with precision. Andrew and Tim were a dream to stumble upon. My sister and I purchased a condo in May, and we needed help with updating it to make it our own. Usually, our dad would of been our go-to person since he was super handy, but he suddenly passed away in 2023 due to a massive heart attack. It was a bit overwhelming having to find someone to help us because it was hard knowing our dad would have been the one to help us. We believe he sent Andrew and Tim to us because now they feel like family. They're very honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and collaborative, just to name a few things. I really loved that I would give Andrew my vision, and he would make it come alive, or he would give us his opinion on what we should do, but he always let us choose. I really loved collaborating with him because I trusted his opinion, and everything they did came out perfect. They worked really hard, and honestly, I think their work ethic was to do it as if it were their own home. They were super easy to work with and such a joy to have over. They did the following for us. - Repainted our Entire Condo (Interior) - Changed out 2 Ceiling fans and added a 3rd to a bedroom that didn't have one - Added Recessed Lighting in the kitchen (5 lights total) -Added Recessed Lighting to the Master Bedroom Closet (3 Lights total) - Mounted 3 TVs (Living Room and both bedrooms) - Installed a glass shower door in our guest bathroom since it had nothing. -Installed a backsplash in our kitchen -Installed a new kitchen sink -Updated our fans/lights in both bathrooms -Updated lighting in the hallway -Hung a full-length mirror in the master bedroom (I tried and couldn't get it) - Removed the master bathroom door, hinges, and patched/repainted the frame to look like there was never a door there. -Installed a sliding barn door in the master bathroom. -Removed both bedroom doors and two doors in the guest bathroom. Installed panel doors with new door handles and painted them. -Made our dishwasher spot able to fit a full-size dishwasher since it was only the size of an 18-inch dishwasher. - Changed out a faucet in our guest bathroom sink This work started before we moved in and finished after we were all moved in, since it took about a couple of months. We trusted them 100%, and when we were working, we left the lock box for them. They made sure the door stayed closed as much as possible since we have indoor cats only. They really showed how much they cared about what we wanted and the work they provided. They are the best, and we are so glad we found them. They are now our go-to handyman for everything. We had a bathroom renovated, along with other smaller jobs, such as door installations and a closet renovation. Andrew and Tim were very precise in their work and truly helped upgrade our home. They helped renovate our out-dated bathroom into something much more appealing and modern. They were also very conscious of our input and made sure to communicate with us thoroughly. They checked in and updated us with videos everyday while working, since we could not be present.

Tim and Andrew were fantastic! They helped reorganize a room, fix a bathroom fan, hang and install several items with patchwork, TV mount and repair a screen door. They were professionals with fair pricing and excellent communication. They made the whole process easy for someone like me who isn’t exactly handy. This website was a few site listings from the top listing and it took me a while to do preliminary viewing of their website content and online reviews. Andrew owns the business and does the work himself. Here is my experience. I contracted with Best Fix Price Handyman Service to refresh the aging paint on my kitchen cabinets, re-grout and paint the wall surrounding the bathtub, and refresh the aging paint on my bathroom cabinets. Prior to our appointment, the company requested photos of areas requiring work, and from that provided me with a written estimate of labor and materials. During the appointment, Andrew was very punctual, arriving at the designated time. His attitude speaks pleasantness, politeness and professionalism. Andrew managed his workload and time correctly, switching from kitchen to bathroom and then back, to let something set or dry before continuing with that particular item. He worked diligently, unhurriedly, and very thoroughly on each item, putting careful attention to detail. Andrew advised me too that his company gives a 6-month warranty for the work performed, which I find satisfactory. The entire job for which I contracted was completed in 8 hours; Andrew started on the cabinetry at 11:00am and he started to clean-up/wrap-up at 7:00pm. I am very pleased with the results!!!
