HOME OWNERS BEWARE; If I could give a negative review I would. I was told that this was a great company and they would take care of all my needs. I paid an extremely a lot of money to have my house upgraded to a safe electrical system. Turns out that’s not what happened. They took my money and then didn’t complete the work. I still have 1/4 of my house with out electricity. They said they’d be back to fix it and it’s still not fixed. Being new to the area I feel as if I was taken advantage of. The only positive thing they have is their friendly customer service and technicians. However being nice doesn’t fix my electricity issues in my house. I’m totally disgusted with how this turned out. When I asked if they’d fix the problem I was told that would be more money! Really? Are you serious? Why should or would I pay you more money, when you didn’t do it right the first time. How can I trust you’ll keep your word? When you broke it already.

Best experience with customer service and the reliable and fast response of the technicians. The technician Ray did an awesome job of not only explaining the work but first making sure he knew exactly what it was we needed for our new home and water well. From the minute I met him until the job was complete I felt very comfortable and assured that this guy knew what he was doing and his professionalism and his work are the reason I will continue to use this company for future needs.

I had gfci plugs not resetting. Scott came out and had things fixed in about an hour. Very professional and curtious. Will definitely call again if any needs arise.

S&J was one of four companies I contacted; I had truly become very frustrated with the response time just to get a site inspection and quote from all (including S&J) but one. I later realized, while talking to their company lead, that I had written down a wrong name and contact. It was during that second call with the company lead that I was impressed how quickly the wheels turned for this company! Smith and Jones' quote was not the lowest but their willingness to start the job that same day, caught my attention. Only moments after signing the contract they showed up with four or five guys ready to knock the job out! The other companies could not tell me how soon they'd be able to start. Their truthfulness and straightforward approach - during the survey and during their work, also caught my attention. Their work ethics were top-notch. The "icing on the cake" came when we received a Thank You Card acknowledging that we had other choices - handwritten. It's obvious there were other choices but watching them work and witnessing their cohesiveness was second to none. THANK YOU - each one of you, for doing an incredibly fast, efficient, and effective job. You're very encouraging!
