From the estimate appointment until the installations were complete, this has been a fantastic experience. We purchased a Generac generator, had an electric car charging station and a ceiling fan installed. Andy came for the estimates and shared about warranties. He was very thorough. Tammy helped me with scheduling ensuring convenient dates and times. Eddie and Austin installed all of these products over two days and were great to have here. They were polite and had good advice regarding locations of the systems. It has truly been a pleasure to work with Swaim Electric.

This review is for all three of the gentlemen that come to my home today and installed my unit. They all three were very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely kind. The install was fast and the clean up was spotless. This company obviously cares about who they put in your home to take care of you and this crew shows just that. Thank you so much Swaim electric, I was referred to you by my parents and now I see why. Anyone looking to replace their heating and air unit look no further , you will not be disappointed.

Great job by the Boss man Danny and his Crew Cody for putting in 2 days then Scott and a couple others to make my Mother in Laws complicated Gaspack and Waterstove work together... Experience matters and makes complicated jobs work . Highly recommend for any job.. Crew always says yes Sir and yes Ma'am Respect goes along way in this day!

I enjoyed the professionalism of Swaim and attention to detail in the installation of a heat pump at the home I purchased in October. The staff who sold me the heat pump and installed were hard working and curtious during every aspect of the jobs they did. I lol forward to my heat pump taking care of my heating and cooling needs for years to come. Thanks Swaim

Swaim Electric recently installed a new Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler after removing my 28 yr old units and I could not be any happier! Nick's team arrived on time, explained the process and answered my questions. They were knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to be around. It was evident that they took pride in their work, as they covered my floors and carefully removed and installed the equipment so that nothing was disturbed. There was a minor hiccup after installation, and with a simple phone call, they sent Joe and Sam right out. These guys are amazing! I highly recommend this company. When life happens, it's comforting to know you have a reliable company that you can count on and more importantly... trust!

My air unit needed service and I luckily spoke to Tammy in a panic today and within the hour of calling, Sam was onsite and assessed the issue. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding!
