QRC HVAC and Refrigeration

5 stars just isn’t a high enough rating for the folks at QRC! The service, quality, technology upgrades and the care that every team member showed in every interaction makes this family-owned company feel like our family now! We are beyond grateful for our new HVAC system that works way better than the system we had. Our technology went up and our electric bill will be going down! They installed a filter and light system we were looking for to help with my husbands allergies too and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and walked us through the system, showing us how to use the cool new thermostat as well. This is the company you should choose to work with; I am just another 5-star review among the hundreds and hundreds that they have, but we were treated like we were their top priority at every step of the way. You can only go right with QRC!

Bryan was professional, he addressed my concerns with expert use knowledge about my unit system and ecobee thermostat. He fixed the problem with ease and wee wee it was done. He went out of his way , went back to the office and got me the right fitter to complete his job.. I am so happy to be a member of QRC Air SYSTEM Thanks again Bryan for being awesome .

Jonathan was friendly and respectful. He taught some things I didn’t know about my system and why it’s important to have it looked at yearly. I recommend this company to anyone. They are always responsive and all the technicians that have been knowledgeable and have been nice.

Jonathan conducted our fall maintenance check and he was excellent. He did a thorough check of the unit QRC installed over the summer and then checked our older upstairs hvac unit because we expressed concerns. He identified a problem and explained options for resolution. One option included part replacement and we appreciated Jonathan’s no-pressure approach.

I have had two service appointments with QRC. Both times the technician was on time, professional both in appearance and workmanship. They have answered my questions, and explained everything in understandable terms. Aces in my book They are a bit pricey, but it seems more fair given the quality of service.

Great service! I dealt with Chase. He’s very professional and friendly. I had both of my AC units replaced. Pricing was competitive. All work was done quickly, correctly, and cleanly. I would definitely use QRC again.

Tony Bennett was amazing! The service was smooth and easy. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and was fully informed on how my system was running. If you are unsure about having a routine service, use QRC and ask for Tony-you will be glad you did!
