John Henry’s was great to work with. They came out, gave us a free estimate on the spot for the work we wanted done and the price was fair. They let us schedule a time that worked for us and then came out and installed our new shower base and mixing valve, and tub and mixing valve with no issues. The guys that came to our house were knowledgeable and patient with the tight tub quarters and figured out the best way to approach it with the least amount of wall repair as able. We are very happy with their work.

They arrive on time and did a wonderful job , they upgraded my aging electrical panel , they added a separate circuit for the microwave , I got 5 bids and no only they matched they actually got me a better deal when I bundle my new water heater upgrade I’m very happy with the job and I would recommend them to everyone

Bruce knows plumbing! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what we should do to keep our drains clean. We signed up for John Henry’s VIP maintenance plan and it is well worth it. Thanks Bruce for your excellent service! You were great to work with!

Have used their services several times and have always been very satisfied. All my questions were answered and I got very understandable explanations of what needed to be done. Will definitely keep using their services. As a senior with mobility issues I really appreciate that they deliver & install water softener pellets, in addition to all the other services they provide.

Tyson is an exceptional professional. He came to do annual maintenance on the furnace. He’s thorough, kind and honest. Never saying I needed something I didn’t. As a result, I asked about duct cleaning and he gave me a customer special and got the appointment scheduled with dispatch so I didn’t have to. Tyson is amazing! I wish I could give him 100 stars

Garret came out to swap out some old outlets for us and did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We’ve been using John Henry’s for various services throughout our new home, and every experience has been consistently great. The whole team has been professional, reliable, and friendly, which really makes a difference when you’re settling into a new place. Highly recommend!

Bruce, first appt was unexpectedly excessive but came to our home taking care of our plumbing needs on the day scheduled. He is personable and helpful; understanding our needs. We appreciate the services he provides. Look forward to his help again!
