Thank you Matt I needed his services asap. After waiting for a couple different companies, he showed up after hours and didn't mind explaining what he was doing when I watched/took notes. He completed moving, adding and taking out the old switch box within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his work! Will be calling him for future repairs/installations.

Honesty and prompt service, were characteristics displayed by the gentleman that serviced my electrical problem. After being told by another repairman that my new dishwasher was not working due to the electrical outlet, the ANK technician checked all things electrical concerning the dishwasher and was able to prove to me that it was not an electrical problem. All we want as consumers is honesty when working with service providers. I did not get it from the previous service man; however, I did get it from ANK Electric. Thank you!

Matt came to my home with the intention of providing an estimate for work to be completed later. It was determined the work I needed done was very easy to do. He gave me the estimate and performed the work immediately. Fifteen minutes later he was finished. He provided good customer service and even interacted with my boys who were excited to see an electrician at work. I was pleased with the quality of work and will reach out to the company again in the future.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment for the next day! Matt was extremely helpful. I needed a plug put in for a stove, and he completed the work quickly and efficiently. He looked at the new stove in order to facilitate the best place for the location of the new plug. He wanted to ensure that the location would work for the stove! He also helped move the new stove into the kitchen and hooked up the plug to ensure that everything worked. This was above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you so much!

ANK Electric is very professionally ran with prompt and efficient service. Matt arrived at the exact time that was promised, and had my power restored in an hour. After dealing with 2 different service providers who misdiagnosed my issue, I was extremely relieved to find someone who knew exactly what to do. I will definitely be a repeat customer should another problem arise. 10/10 recommendation!

# Update (Tuesday) - great communication today about timing etc. Matthew is hard at work on the project. I appreciate the response!! Thank you I’m excited for when he comes back to get the hot tub hooked up and running Thank you Matthew! I hired ANK to wire my home for a new hot tub. Matthew came out 2 hours late to the initial appointment. Despite that hiccup I still chose to use them as my contractor for the job. This past Friday was the install and digging day for the wiring. He was 5 hours late getting here. Started trenching and laying wire but left because it was dark. He said he would be back Saturday to finish, he never showed up or communicated with me that he would not be coming. Called him Sunday said he would be out that day. Texted me after it rained a little saying he wouldn’t be coming out. We agreed on Monday morning. He said he would 11am-11:30. Well here it is 1:40pm no one here.

I called this gentleman after I had storm damage to my home. During the phone call he was super nice and reassuring. He told me that he would get out to my house that day to see if he could get my repairs done. He never showed up to my home. I called him multiple time the following day and he never answered the phone and had a voicemail that was full so I could not leave a message. I was highly disappointed in the customer service skills given that we started off on a really good note. I ultimately called a different electrician and the took care of me SAME DAY!
