I've hired Morgan several times to preform commercial work in our warehouse. It's never been a disappointment and I've always been pleased with the price, quality of work, and professionalism. NewSource should absolutely be your first call the next time you need a job done. Low voltage, medium voltage, or high voltage.

Newsource Electric is not following regulations, they should prioritize compliance, safety, and ethical practices .Sure, Improvements can be made in areas like customer service, product quality, and transparency. The atmosphere I was surrounded by complete careless people only there for a paycheck and Morgan made that very clear. I would never trust this company, and you can ask around to other companies. You they’ve got a lot to say about the performance output newsource provides hence they’ve got to fix their mistakes.

Morgan arrived quickly and solved our problem preventing a serious issue (our house burning down) from happening. He was very thorough and explained what he had done and how our service was repaired. We would highly recommend him and his company.

Other companies I reached out to could not help me or refused to come even look at the job I needed done. Morgan had a positive attitude and never acted unprofessional like the other places I reached out to. He got the job done quick and did not hesitate to help me. Don’t waste your time. I had Morgan work at my home once before in 2016 and was very satisfied, so I decided to call him again. I spoke with Morgan on Friday 5/1 and said he would come Tuesday 5/5 in afternoon. When I called at Tuesday at 3:00pm to see if he was coming, he claimed he tried to call me on Monday to confirm (I have no record of any call, voicemail, or text, nor did we have any discussion that he would call to confirm prior). Then he said he would come by and was on his way. I waited two more hours, he never showed and when I texted him I received no response. Very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company to do any electrical, residential or commercial.

Really great and fast service! Half of our house wasn't working because the service was outdated and needed upgrading. New Source was available immediately and fixed the problem with no issues. Very happy with the service! I will call them for any of my future electrical problems! Thank you for such amazing service !
