My house was bordering 30 years old with the current AC unit in place for the duration. The furnace, already replaced 10 years ago, was now failing again due to a faulty Heat Exchange (multiple cracks). Consistent advice was to not replace the Heat Exchange as the cost of labor for replacement would exceed the cost to simply replace the complete furnace. Given the age of the system, we would likely fix one component only to see something else fail in short order. The time had come to call in the experts to advise on the replacement of the complete HVAC system, allowing us to take advantage of current technologies delivering a more cost-effective and reliable solution. I spoke with 3 HVAC companies, each with significant expertise in the industry. Ultimately, I decided on Landry Mechanical to replace our system. Their sales engineer scheduled an appointment to assess our current system, understand our expectations for manufacturer quality, ongoing maintenance commitments and warrantee, and provided a detailed proposal with an estimate by the end of the visit. Included in the estimate were the significant rebates, tax credits, and no interest financing for heat pump upgrades. Landry staff even managed the filling process for the immediate rebates for qualified systems, saving us the paperwork. Similar guidance was provided for the 0% financing, which required an energy assessment by an independent contractor who provided the documentation required to apply for a Mass SAVE Heat loan. Full end-to-end process to get a loan approved 2-3 weeks. On the day of installation, the Landry team of Tony and Ryan arrived on time and provided the plan for the installation which would take 2 days. They answered all my questions about the process and verification of functionality when complete. When other trade expertise was required (e.g. electrician), Tony coordinated. With the heat pump, furnace, and AC units installed, Tony walked us through the process of installing and configuring the Wifi ready Ecobee thermostat, which was straightforward, and the Heat and AC systems operational in roughly 15 minutes. All manuals and related materials were provided and the first maintenance scheduled for 6 from installation. Tony, Ryan and the Landry team left the basement pristine, removing all refuse and related packaging. Not a wayward screw to be found. All in all, I was very impressed with the Landry team, their professionalism, willingness to answer all my questions, and focus on providing a first-rate customer experience start to finish. I would strongly recommend Landry Mechanical if you are looking to upgrade your ageing HVAC system.

We had 3 outside lighting with motion detectors redone to light up a walkway to back entrance of our house. Sam was very informative of his equipment and came back a few times to make adjustments so they would work properly. Sam was very good at problem solving. Most importantly, he did the job quickly, as i needed it done for a tenant in my home for safety reasons,

Sam and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their description of what Landry provides in a service call. Once the electrical issues were determined we were given a thorough breakdown of the repairs and our service options relative to those issues. No high pressure tactics. They were then able to repair the immediate issues as we consider further repair options. The exterior corroded connection points which were replaced (picture).

Amazing service! They were able to come out as soon as same day for the initial diagnosis and once parts were in, we were quickly able to get on the schedule for install. Colin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue well and was able to help us find the best solution. Definitely would recommend and will be using Landry again in the future!
