This company installed a combo in 2019. They did really bad wiring and drain work. Who uses condensation tubing instead of pvc to run an evaporator coil drain from the pan? When I reached out about their shady work. Brennan spielman confirmed they did the work and said for $140 dollars they can clean up the wiring….. think they would have just done it clean the first time. This company must be the four seasons of Rockford area. Over charges for subpar work. Very disappointing how they handle their shady work.

Nick and Conor came at around 1pm, and had removed and installed my water heater in 2 hours! 30 minutes or so, was just to make sure the water temp was right. I made sure I had already drained the water from my tank, and made sure there was a clear path to the door, before they arrived. I also made sure my pets were in another room, where they couldn't run out the front door. Both of the plumbers installing my 40 gallon unit were extremely professional, and did the job way faster than expected. After they left, I started my laundry, dishwasher, and also took a hot shower, with no noticeable loss in water temp. I previously went to one of the big box hardware stores, and got a quote for the same water heater, and MEC was a full $500 cheaper. You'd expect a national chain to be able to do it cheaper! My water heater failed because it had corroded to the point where it burst and couldn't hold water at all, so I did get some of that gross dark juice on the carpet, as they were removing it. Note to anyone out there: put some cling wrap, old Italian grandma style, on your carpet, if they have to drag your bad water heater over it. Super happy with this install, and super happy with the quality of the unit they installed!

Awesome care after the sale? Listen folks! Miller engineering did it again! We needed a couple new valves installed after the initial inspection of our new furnace, BRENNAN AND JULIAN got on it quick! JULIAN installed 2 brand new valves for our safety and I cannot think of enough GOOD THINGS to say about these guys! I will never recommend anyone else for all your heating and A/C needs!

We just had the best "CARRIER" furnace/AC that money can buy installed by the AWESOME folks from "Miller", first of all EVERYONE we spoke to and dealt with treated us with kindness & compassion! (We are senior citizens). A BIG SHOUT-OUT to Brennan AND Shawn! There were a few hiccups that they didn't have control over, mostly software issues, LOL.......but Brennan stuck with it until it was resolved and Shawn worked tirelessly until all the technical stuff was good to go. I told Brennan I thought Shawn was the nicest young man we've ever met and he was SO KIND to my wife! I sure hope he gets a bonus or at least a dinner for him and his family at a nice restaurant! People like Brennan & Shawn and everyone else who helped us are really hard to come by these days! Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

We had a power surge that basically blew our furnace. Miller Eng. had someone at our house that same day. They worked extra hard to find us the specific parts we needed. (Which were on back order for months.) But they were able to work around that and find us some parts. Our insurance wasn’t going to help cover anything because there was no way to prove that it was a power surge. I cannot thank Miller engineering enough for their time and efforts in helping us get some money back on our claim as well as being so helpful and attentive! They are the only company we could find that will work on our geothermal unit and we could not be happier to be able to work with such great people!

Miller Engineering installed our new furnace, A/C, and whole-house humidifier earlier in the year. We bought products with warranties because we didn't want to risk such expensive investments. We did have to call out a technician once after installation because we lost heat (we put in too fancy of a furnace filter that tripped the unit) but it was a good experience. The technician came out the same day, quickly identified the problem, explained the problem, and we were warm again. We are happy with our choice to go with Miller (and warrantied products).
