We are so thankful we called the number on a truck we saw for Parker Services! Josh came out and diagnosed our old system and Jess was quick and efficient at quoting us a new system and securing our financing. Jared and the install crew were quick and very professional!! We have already recommended them to family!

I would like to thank Alex from Parker Services for his exceptional customer service and outstanding communication skills with me. Alex is very knowledgeable and was eager to explain and answer every question that I asked concerning my AC unit all with a positive attitude. He was honest with his recommendation of what I would need long term and short term in order for me to keep my unit working properly. I give him 10 plus stars. Thank you Alex!!! Keep being awesome.

Great experience with Parker Services. We were having issues with our 5-year old HVAC system cooling our house. I called Parker Services in the afternoon, who responded the following morning. The Service Tech, Alex, did a great job of inspecting our system and explaining the multiple issues that were causing the problems. He showed me photos and videos while explaining how these issues were negativity impacting our HVAC’s performance. Alex fixed some of them that moment, but had to return first thing the following morning to address the others. All and all, we have a positive experience with Parker and have signed up for their routine maintenance service program to avoid issues in the future.

Alex was such a pleasure to work with! From start to finish his communication was clear, kind, and professional. He really went above and beyond, and his follow-up after the job showed true customer care. I’m so glad I chose Parker Services!

My AC went out during the night. Given the hot weather was concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner. Called Parker Services the next morning. Alex soon arrived and had me up and running in quick order. Alex was most professional and knowledgeable explaining his approach to the problem. Needless to say I highly recommend.
