They also showed great attention to detail by pointing out a potential issue with my main electrical panel. Will happily recommend!

Between Tom making himself available for all of my questions and even coming out on the weekend to make sure everything was as it should be. To Melissa and Monica being totally on top of all communication, scheduling and processing paperwork super quick. My experience was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was extremely kind and personable. We had some weather delays from rain, and as soon as there was a window the team jumped at the opportunity to get the job going for me as they knew my current power poles were falling apart. Their crew was on time, quick, and everything was done right the first time. A huge burden off my shoulders and some piece of mind that I wont have power lines coming down on me, could not be happier with the results.

This a great local and family owned business. They are deeply rooted in the community and genuinely care about customers needs and concerns. During the fires even PG&E were referring customers to Power Pole Service! I would highly recommend!

Office always blames customers or employees for loss of paperwork. They can never take accountability for there own actions

The office staff is great when you called them and they are very knowledgble with all the questions. They're very prompt in regard of meeting the installation date and thier price is very reasonable.
