The company that installed our water heater said we needed a new breaker, because it was only working at 1/2 power. Until it was fixed we wouldn’t have hot water. Fabian came, tested the breaker and said it was working fine. He could have stopped there and just left. Instead he took a look at the small junction box just above the water heater. The entire inside was black from it sparking!! The electrical cable running from the box to the water heater was the wrong kind. We were literally one spark away from a house fire!! Fabian fixed the junction box and replaced the cable. As far as we are concerned, Fabian and Jeff Master’s Electric saved us and our home. 100/10 would recommend and will only use them from now on!

Jeff Masters Electric was great to work with. Answered all my questions, provided quick and quality service and was even able to talk to the owner of the company when I needed to. Follow up for inspection happened the very next day. I can't say enough good things about them. Anyone looking to have a generator installed at their home should definitely give them a call.

Jeff Masters Electric Inc. sent their electrician Jesse and he was professional, polite, experienced, and patient. Arrived on time and explained everything he was doing and once done he cleaned up and took all debris away. I would highly recommend using this company and the pricing was fair.

I needed to have a dimmable light switch replaced. I decided to add a gfic and smoke detector to be replaced to fill up the hour. I had someone meet him as I wasn’t there. The guy shows up and starts asking about things other than I asked for. He insisted a dual detector needed to be used and I said ok. He brought the wrong switch and had to go get another one. Thank goodness I have a ring camera and have a record of him getting there and leaving. I ended up with a bill for $575. He charged me 2.5 hours when he was only there a total of 1 hour. The mark up on the switch and detector is astronomical. And he didn’t even put in a dual detector after he insisted and I said ok. I immediately called the office and explained the situation. They finally sent a corrected bill, it was still ridiculous but I paid it. I won’t use this company again. I’m so disappointed. I wonder how many customers have been overcharged since they don’t have cameras.
