Lee Company

Had a new toilet installed today. Josiah did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and clear about the work and cost up front. He made sure everything was working right before leaving. Sounds funny to say, but I’m pretty happy about a new toilet. This kind of service is why I keep calling Lee for plumbing work.

On November 4th, Terry came out to finish a job Lee Company had started with a toilet problem. He not only fixed the problem, he went above and beyond fixing something else he noticed with my sink that did not take much time. He also removed unnecessary silicon recently placed around the toilet. He was here for hours. He was exceptionally thorough. The price was reasonable. Great job.

I had a service scheduled with Lee Company for about a week. On the date I was supposed to have service and at 12:15, (15 minutes after the 12 to 2pm timeframe for arrival), I received a call from the guy that was supposed to come out stating he could not do the job. This is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this company as this is very untrustworthy. And they never called me back to make good. Shame on you Lee Company do better!

Thankyou so much!! Bryson Kelley and Kendall Knight came and although it was late, they worked until after 10 pm and did a marvelous job!! They not only got my Heat/Air unit in my bedroom working (which I am enjoying very much) but they also repaired some pipes in the basement that had gotten knocked down and we also discussed some facts that they discovered such as "there are no vents on my Gas Heat/Air two furnace units and several other things" which I appreciated so much since I am an 84 year old woman who lives alone and are not knowledgeable about any of these things. I realize that everyone was very busy with the start up of winter heat/air issues so I am so grateful to both of them so much and to you for sending the call for help. Rachel Killebrew

For several years had Lee Co's home maintenance program. It was a mixed experience as most of the time the competent techs were pressured by the company to up-sell products not needed when there was nothing else needed in the home. Last February Lee Co did replace a heat pump, but has never returned to check the installation... Recently contacted the company for plumbing needs in a new home: toilet replacement, HVAC replacement, hot water heater replacement, etc... Lee Co was too busy to return my 5 voice messages and 4 emails and 3 text messages. So, I cancelled the home maintenance program since it increased in price. Found a better plumber, an honest one that doesn't up-sell. Folks, look further, this too big company is not the right choice for any need you may have...

Great communication, quality work and fair prices. This sums up my experience with Lee Company, I hired them for a dishwasher repair and everything was taken care of without issue. The communication was on point every step of the process from calls to photos and videos. The work was completed timely and the job site was left cleaner than when they arrived. Their prices fit my budget for unexpected repairs and I would definitely call them again from any future maintenance or repairs. Shout out to Scott my Lee Company tech, thanks again Scott!!

Lee Co is a great company to work with. It is so nice to be able to call them and know that what ever I need, if it is electrical, plumbing, AC or heating or other household maintenance that they will send out only the best to do the job.
