The staff here (especially Antony and Jocelyn) are professional, friendly, and make the whole process simple and stress-free. Whenever we recommend this location to our customers, they always have a great experience. I’ve come to this facility several times, and while the location itself is always clean and well-organized, the store manager, Anthony, is a major issue. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. The way he speaks to people is demeaning and unprofessional — as if customers have no value. Someone in a management position should know how to treat others with respect. I strongly urge upper management to address this immediately and provide him with serious training on professionalism, communication, and basic human decency.

Josie and Cece were friendly, helpful, and communicative. They made the process quick and easy, answered all my questions. They both made my experience great.

I came here in the morning to load up my van and these guys Anthony S the manager, Joselyn R the assistant manager and Kenni the employee helped me get into my locker since it was the first time I’ve ever been to a storage locker, helped me use my code to use the electric door and help me find my locker. When I got hungry I asked if there was anything around to get food and they directed me to a great deli. All around great service, I would advise this place to give these guys some sort of bonus to keeo them around. It is extremely hard to find good help like these guys. I will back.

Used my storage for about a year - never had any issues and all my stuff was in perfect condition as removed all my stuff. Frankie and Joselyn were very pleasant and helpful on my close out date!

I’ve had a great experience The staff (Antony )is friendly and helpful, he the units are clean, and the location feels secure. I really appreciate how easy it is to access my unit, even outside regular hours. The pricing is fair, and I haven’t had any issues with billing or security. I’d definitely recommend this place if you need short- or long-term storage.
