My experience was great. I was having trouble with my passcode getting into the building. But There’s a young lady by the name of Chanel she was very helpful as I go to the front with my problem. She The first one to acknowledge me and gets right up and walk outside in the Cold to fix issue that I was having. Very nice customer service and she’s very intelligent keep up the good work

I appreciate the guy Adrian. He was calm and patient with me through out the whole process. I had multiple questions and he answered every one of them with honesty. I thank this brother and I would recommend anyone else to store at this storage facility.

DONT DO IT RATS running INSANE in this place will be eating your belongings. And NO they won’t help you move you still need to pay your rent every month. All they do is throw rat poison into your unit that’s all they can do for you.Maybe they can move you to another unit without help.Ifyou need to pay movers AGAIN that’s on you. The Claim to have an exterminator that comes every week. They said he exterminates the BUILDING. So be mindful
