We’ve been using MMS at this location for nearly 20 years. Kind and helpful staff. Clean environment. Easy access to our things. We recommend it highly. Elijah, who works the desk is kind, considerate and very helpful!

The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Parking was a breeze, with ample spots right near the entrance, and the elevators were conveniently located, making the move even easier. There was also plenty of space to organize and store everything I needed! I mostly moved boxes, so I can’t speak for handling large furniture, but from my experience, the entire setup was well-designed to accommodate various items. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to offer helpful tips or assist when needed. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran without a hitch. Big shoutout to Sofi, whose professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience even more seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth, efficient storage solution!

I just received a call, from Autumn, a rep for the MMS Corporate office. Initially; I was a bit discombobulated, due to a lot of running around. But Autumn stayed on point, and walked me through activating my MMS unit on East 62nd, NY, NY. She kept the process, seamless, professional, and upbeat. Autumn factored in all of the discounted, and guided me on how to set up the bonuses, regarding the Moving company. The overall process was on point, and efficient. The type of service that I expect. Indicative of what professionalism, Is supposed to be. I will be moving my belongings into storage, this coming Friday. Thank you, VERY MUCH, Autumn. Paul was a great help. Though I prepicked the units, I had him go through the realistic math with me to double check how much extra room I would need to get get my hands around each box with wiggle room to remove and insert boxes. As well as how many would realistically fit vertically. I really appreciated his patience very much and made it a nice experience.
