You Move Me Bay Area

I had very mellow experienced with them.! My moved was handled so smoothly by this great team. Tony and Franky were very responsive, great customer service, great quality of service. I would highly recommend this team if you want hassle free moving. One of the best mover from the bay. Youmoveme! 5*

The first thing I'm going to mention is the best thing. The workers Alfredo, Manny and Walter are salt-of-the-earth hardworking, nice guys. Please feed and water your movers. They deserve it! Management met with us to go over our move a month out. We were told one day for pack up (sleep at current location) and then load and move next day. No other instructions. We purposely moved all delicate artwork, expensive items ahead of time and left bigger stuff, kitchen, and books to be packed. Movers were late and didn't show until 11 am. Told us to head our fot a bit. Gave instructions what NOT to pack. Grabbed some lunch and got three burgers for the three guys. Came back to find there were five guys now. Luckily brought enough drinks, but apparently other guys got upset the first three got lunch and left for some time. Left to work on other house and my son called when he got to house 1 to find out that they were stripping beds and loading truck today. Called main guy and there was miscommunication. Guys left for day. Come back 5am and wake up neighborhood! Finish packing and drive over to new spot. This is where it gets funny. . . New place is in mountains and apparently management hasn't scoped it out ahead of time. Truck driver can't quite back in so changes with other driver. Management does not provide backup cameras for trucks even though they are huge. While trying to back in, truck takes out neighbor's tree and it rolls under truck. Luckily husband has a chainsaw and can cut it up. The truck is also blocking the only exit and cars are trying to get out to go to work. Finally truck is able to backup into driveway and start unloading. Hours later after they are finished, drivers realize battery is dead to truck. Again, luckily husband asks them to start opening boxes looking for jumper cables. They find then and are able to get a jump and leave. Upon cleanup of previous household, my son finds that there are many more items that were not packed. The biggest issue with this while situation was the lack of communication between management, the workers and me the client. Moving is already stressful, don't hire people who will make it more stressful.

All of the guys were so nice, easy to work with, and so quick. We told them what we wanted to move and they still offered to take more than we said. Manny, the main guy who did all the talking, was so personable, very easy going and funny. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants an easy move.

Manny and his team were early, quick, super friendly and professional. They saved me so much time, stress and really took care of my things. I highly recommend booking them!

Left their trash all over our apartment we were moving out of and broke the leg of our dresser. I called to report the dresser mishap and never received a response from the operations/support team after speaking with the support team. 2 stars instead of 1 because friendly staff.

I had a fantastic experience with You Move Me Bay Area moving company. TJ and Manny were amazing! All of my furniture was handled with such care, and they took the time to help me set up my new place. I thought it would be tougher to move from a two bedroom to a studio, but it was easy!! Thanks YMMBA! This is my second move and I’d definitely come back again. 🙂

From the booking process with Tony, to Brandon and his crew servicing my move. Everything was seamless and professional. The movers were efficient and got me packed and loaded up in the fastest safest way possible. I will forever be recommending Tony and his team.
