Eric!!!! Is Awesome!!!! Now think about it who would go out of their way call you or text you and let you know you’re gonna be late. Does that really really exist? I don’t think so. A1 Storage is definitely smart to hire this young man because his customer service is above and beyond! And I’m so thankful for this young man! And no, he did not make me write this. I’m doing it from my heart. I am a school teacher. I don’t take bribes and I’m very impressed with this young man over 35 years in education. I think I know what I’m talking about.! I have been here for many years, they do raise the prices per unit every few months so that sucks. However I love the hours 6am-10pm(must be out before 10pm), they have elevator access for the second and third floor. They do offer military discount and easy online access to pay for unit .

My experience at this facility was efficient and pleasant. My wife had taken care of the online rental agreement and all I had to do was drop by and pick up the gate code, be shown how to access the facility and where my storage unit was located. All of everything took no more than about 5 to 10 minutes and the manager answered all of my questions and concerns perfectly and clearly. The facility looks great, clean inside and out nothing out of the ordinary that you would expect at a storage facility. Definitely feel safe and comfortable at this site and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. And of course all of this was well accomplished by the site manager, as she's done a great job at making the facility into a product/service that sells itself. Thank you A-1! **Update** This facility still continues to be everything I said originally. Even with a different store manager, my needs and concerns are still being met beyond expectation with great customer service. Thanks A-1!!!

Had a great experience at A1! Chris was super friendly and helpful and the rental process was quick and easy. My unit was ideally located close to the back driveway making loading and unloading a breeze. Always a lot of carts handy too. The entire place seems very well cared for, clean and well lighted too. Only needed it for a month but if I ever need storage again this is definitely the place I'll be using. Highly recommend!

This location has been one of the best storage facilities I’ve seen and been a customer at around San Jose. This facility is super clean and Erick does it all for his customers! Unfortunately Arizona doesn’t have A1 storage so let’s hope I get the same great service as they provide here, over there. 10/10 recommend A1 over all.

I rented out a unit a couple months ago and Erick was extremely helpful ! He answered any questions I had and was super nice! 10 out of 10 recommend him !

Moved our things into a storage unit this morning at A-1 Self Storage and received a warm welcome and great customer service from Monica. Building is well-maintained and secure.
