This place is my go to place to get any car battery I need. I've gone a couple of times and the service is amazing. You are greeted with kindness and respect. As someone who doesn't really know much about cars, I never feel dumb or stupid when being asked questions about my car. My go to person is Abel, as he knows how to get the job done efficiently! I know I can rely on him to help me with all of my car issues. Even if it is not related to batteries, he refers me to who I need to work with. That skill of good referrals is very important to me, as I am studying to become a therapist, and that skill is very important for customer service. Good referrals often bring back better clientele.

Worst location I have ever been at the customer service is little to none. I happen to be running five minutes late in a 50 Uber I called ahead and told them that I would be five minutes late because the freeways in California are absolutely unpredictable. He told me no we cannot wait. We leave exactly on time, as I pull up. He is screeching out of the gate so he must’ve made sure because of it since I called to. I also was charged for recharging my batteries here and have not been charged at any other location. The manager of this location needs a revaluation asap!

I was helped out by Braulio Hernandez who is a Customer Sales Rep, he was very helpful and kind. As well as very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my battery and was even able to note what else was wrong with my car. His work is grately appreciated and he deserves a raise!

Bought two Centennial Marine Deep Cycle Batteries. Got home and they only gave me two nuts not four. Went back the worker hands me 8 nuts, shows me on a battery he says is the one I bought (which ended up not) so I got home and he gave me the wrong ones. Called and the manager didn’t care about their mistake. Worst customer service. Their workers are standing around doing nothing. Don’t go here, would not recommend this location. The owner of this shop needs to get workers that care about the customer.

These guys know your battery needs. Professional and great attitudes by all those I encountered. They have longer lasting and stronger batteries than you will get the auto parts stores and pricing is very reasonable. I wished I would have found them years ago!
