First off been coming here around 15 year's... Today I go in to exchange a defected battery I bought from them. No problem with the exchange only problem was with the guarantee.. I mean if there giving me a different battery the guarantee should start all over..? But they said no guarantee same as the battery that I took back to exchange.. I was so confused so I asked him this ... So you're telling me if I would of only had 1 week left of my guarantee on the battery I'm exchanging your only going to give me 1 week guarantee on the new battery your giving me? And he said Yes! OMG I couldn't believe it....! If these people don't have faith in their batteries to last 3 months guarantee I don't have faith in them...! Before this I recommended friends family coworkers even strangers I'll see stranded on the streets never again.... Regret spending 15 years of my hard working money on them! They lost a loyal customer!!! Good place for batteries ask for Juan 6601 Somerset Blvd unit B Paramount CA 90723 Rebuilt battery $40 with 6 months guarantee.. New batteries different prices 2/3yrs guarantee! Hybrid batteries too....
