I decided to get batteries replaced on two phones. The first one went smoothly, even got it installed the same day because they had it in stock. The second phone needed to have a battery ordered. They said it would take a week and I ordered it on September 19th. They said they would call me when it came in. After two weeks of not hearing back, I called them to ask about the battery. They said they have had it in for a while. I asked why they didn't call to notify me, they said it slipped through the cracks. I went in to get it replaced and they discovered my back glass was broken, so now they had to order that part. The same thing happened, it was supposed to take a week, they didn't call me so I called them and they had it in... So I went to get it replaced, they said it would take an hour. 1.5 hours later I checked on it and they said the back glass was the wrong part and they sent someone to drive to another store to get it. I had to wait 2 hours instead of 1 hour. Also, when they gave me my phone back it was missing the SIM card and the pen. Oops, glad I noticed. The whole experience was a fiasco in my opinion. I am leaving 3 stars instead of 2 because they did give me a discount for the trouble. I'd rather pay full price and have it go smoothly.

Took car in needing a new battery. Brian helped me on my Camaro. Turns out my battery was under warranty, he changed it out and I was on my way. I wouldn't have known it was under warranty, and I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Brian. Thanks again!

DON'T GO HERE! We went there twice and the first time they took our key and by the time i got home they called me to come back, saying they didn't have time to finish it today. So why did you take my key only to call me 10 minutes later? Came back again after a few days, at an earlier time, two hours before they close. They told me they couldn't do it because they were going to lunch. Really? Less than 2 hours before you close? The Fred Durst wannabe is so rude and hard to deal with. A younger guy had to take over for him because he didn't know how to answer my question and got snippy about it. Just don't waste your time. Go anywhere else.

Always had a great experience in the past. Recently had a different experience and the manager got involved and fixed the problem immediately. It’s nice knowing Batteries Plus is a company built on customer service.

I went into this North Scottsdale Batteries Plus location.. I asked the guy at the counter if he had a battery for the key fob I was holding. He responded "we sure do". He said that will be $22.50. I asked how it could be $22.50. His response was that was it had lifetime replacements. I told him I only wanted the battery. He said they also offer a one time replacement for $17.50. I said again that I did not want any future replacements as I am ready to sell the vehicle . He asked if I knew what kind of battery it was. I told him I did not. He replied "well, neither do I" I took my key fob back from him that he was holding, turned and walked out So think about this, the guy tells me he had the battery for the fob, but when I didnt want to buy one it $17.50 or $22 for one battery, he suddenly didn’t know what kind of a battery it was. . I went home, went online, searched the battery type required and quickly found a 2 pack of name brand batteries. I ordered and they could be delivered to my house the same day for under $2.00 per battery. There were other batteries far cheaper, but I went with the name brand. I have replaced them myself many times. If you are concerned with how to replace one go online and see a video. This Batteries Plus store sells batteries with techniques of a bad used car dealer selling an extended warranty . They are rude and a complete rip off.
