Person who runs the lot is a scam artist. He charged me $60 for the use of a dolly since my car is awd. When I tip him I saw the drag marks on the ground he said "that wasn’t us because I used a dolly" To break down the charges is $325 for a tow. Plus $60 for the dolly and then $150 for the gate fee (he had to drive to open the gate for you ) how did that add up to $650? Later during the inspection pointed to my tires that were obviously dragged along the ground and he said "that will come off in a few days, sorry" South San Francisco PD works with this guy by the way. The police dept works with a scam artist…..

Very helpful and willing to assist me with my situation. I was in need of automotive assistance late night and AAA wasn't able to meet our needs. Bob Jr Towing answered right away, was very understanding and clearly explained options. Reasonable pricing, recommended!

I came in to retrieve my car and was 20 min late after the office closed. A worked saw me and helped me out even when he didn’t need to, and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. I forgot his name but I had a Hyundai Sonata. This was definitely the best experience I’ve had with a tow company, 5 stars!

So helpful. So nice. I am admittedly clueless about cars and all this stuff. They very patiently answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable versus other companies. The driver was the nicest guy. He was early and patiently waited while I got downstairs to move the car. When he got to the dealer and he dropped off the car, he called me to confirm that everything was OK. If I ever need a tow, this is the first place I am calling!

Around 9:30am today, I ran over a huge pot hold in the middle of an intersection heading to the 101 freeway. Flat tire instantly! Requested road side assistance from my care insurance company and literally waited for 2 hours and no update for any tow trucks to help me. I cancelled my request and decided to go the out-of-pocket route. Found Bob Jr's Towing Inc. and saw that they were 24 hours! I requested for help and within 30 mins I was relieved to see Ed, who changed my tire for me. Excellent out of pocket cost, quick service for a Sunday. I highly recommend Bob Jr's Towing service. Beyond grateful to you guys. Thanks again for all that you do!
