Called about the strongway plugger. They said they have it in so I drove roughly :30 to purchase it. 399+tax=428.99. I was offered to apply for a credit but no discount for the extensive damage to the pallet or box. The the person I spoke with over the phone the was half way help me with loading it on to the truck let me wheel it out the store myself. This being said. First and last purchase from this location.

NT needs to create an App for consumers similar to commercial account. If there is a non commercial account app, I could not find it. Nevertheless, my product selection and checkout experience on line was very easy.

Northern Tool in general is by far the best store in their market, from prices to brand selection, and especially customer service. What blew me away after visiting the North Charlotte store today, is how they somehow managed to exceed all the other NT stores I’ve been to! Wayne at the check out counter is the kind of employee a business owner only dreams of having represent them to the public! 6/5 stars and I don’t think I’ll ever drive past the store again without stopping in. They get the maximum amount of recommendation I’m capable of giving please continue to do whatever you’ve been doing, it works. ** ≈2 week update: I’ve been In twice since my first visit, same exact top tier customer service by every employe, every time! -And I live in hickory that has a NT location there, never mind countless other competitors I pass on my way here. The highest level of professionalism I’ve ever witnessed amongst an entire staff from top to bottom!
