I stopped by this bike shop today just to get my seat adjusted, and wow—what an unexpectedly wonderful experience! The staff were beyond helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They treated my quick fix with the same care and attention as a full tune-up. You can tell they love what they do and care deeply about their customers. Such a gem of a place—I’ll definitely be coming back for all my biking needs. Highly recommend!

We purchased two bikes and are extremely happy with them. We were able to test drive several models to narrow down the style that met our needs. Customer service was awesome- they answered all our questions and gave thorough instructions on how to operate the bikes. Would highly recommend.

I bought my Velotric Step-Thru Breeze 1 e-bike with a Bumble Bee cart from Charlotte Cycles a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Recently got a flat— they fixed it, gave me a free tune-up, and had it done in under 3 days. Amazing service and highly recommend for all your biking needs!

I just recently moved into town and was looking for a bike helmet pump and a few other things. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking and meeting with both Quentin and Chris the owner. Not only were these people accommodating, but they were very helpful and very kind to a man not spending $10,000 as most shops want you to do. I have owned a business for over 15 years and I truly believe that setting expectations and surpassing peoples expectations for that matter by truly taking care of clients is the way to run a successful business and these two individuals understand what value and service means. World class experience from the moment I walked in to explain the issues with my rig to the moment I left with my repaired bike. High caliber customer service, wealth of knowledge from the staff members who explained everything in depth, affordable cost for assessment & repairs needed, paired with warm welcomes & goodbyes. Don't need to shop around whatsoever in the future. Will only bring the bike in here for repairs when needed in Charlotte.
