If you enjoy your belongs stolen please let this be the first place you rent from! This facility will not accept any responsibility even so this is there property where you pay to keep you items stored and safe! Keeping your belonging safe here is impossible I have only been here a month and I have lost over 5000 dollar in equipment, blue collar man work for every thing I have will be filing a law suite immediately when I return home from vacation.if it take me a year to sue this company I will see it through . This is the spot where my trailer was stolen with equipment that I make my livelihood off of do yourself a favor stay away from here if you’re thinking of renting stay away do yourself a favor and keep what you worked hard for

The site manager is terrific. She is professional and really helpful. I recommend renting storage and offices at American Store and Lock. Their prices are fair. They are always helpful when I need something. It’s a good location and clean units.

Kelly was awesome! She took her time making sure I was taking care of with finding the proper size storage for my trailer. Very personable and kind, thank you so much Kelly! The world would be such a better place if there were a million Kelly’s 🙂

I’m leaving this storage very disappointed. I had to dispose of clothing and a $5,000 mattress because there were mouse droppings all through my belongings. Most of my items were in heavy-duty storage bins. As for the clothing I had in garbage bags, as well as my mattress that was also covered, they were both chewed through by the mice. I’ve had many storage units over the years, and I have never seen anything like this. There was mouse urine all over my clothes. My 3-year-old child’s toys had to be disposed of. The amount of mouse droppings I saw is a clear indicator that American Store & Lock is aware of this issue but clearly didn’t notify their paying customers.

Rented at this facility for the last 29 years. Have always had great service and the staff is incredible to work with

Kelly is great! Nice and clean facility so far no nails in my tires unlike other places. Anytime I have reached out Kelly has got back to me in a timely manner I recommend ASL

Kelly is very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. She even offered me a cold water bottle because it was a hot day so I can stay hydrated. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here for all of their storage and moving needs
