I've gone all over town looking for parts for my truck. I came here as a last resort and ended up finding everything I needed. Freddy is the man! Very nice honest and knowledgeable. I'm only coming here to see Freddy from now on.
Exceptional customer service. Shoutout to Tony!!! Tony went above and beyond as I was looking for a part that Napa didn’t have and no store around had. He even looked on the computer to see if any other stores around had it. Once I explained why I needed that part, he even went to my car to help me look at the situation and even went under my car to check on it. When we couldn’t find the part and have exhausted all options, he advised me to try to get it fixed at take 5 oil and I got it fixed after a whole day of running around town.
My car died on me up the street from the Napa Auto parts shop. I came in to see if they could give me a hand and Tony, amazing guy, is the one that actually walked up to the Shell station and tried to jump the vehicle. When it wouldn't go he then sold me a battery and installed it on site at the Shell himself. Amazing service, incredibly personable, everyone at the shop rocked this out so I could get home 6 and 1/2 hours away. Thank you Napa, thank you Tony. I recommend anybody stop in and ask for their help they got you. 5 Stars across the board!

The employees in here were friendly and fast. I drive a newer car that no one has the filter for and not only did your store have it, Dee had it out and ready for me to check out when I showed up. The other employee was friendly and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but I was in and out and I thank them both!
Probably the most efficient experience I've had at any auto parts store. My ordered parts were waiting on me when I arrived, and every employee I interacted with was pleasant and appeared to enjoy their jobs. This speaks volumes about the company! Highly recommended!
