Recently traded my Super C in on a Montana fifth wheel. When I picked up from their office and started home I noticed it wasn't tracking straight behind my vehicle. When I got on I-24 I could see it was taking the whole lane and tracking into the right lane next to me. I immediately called Camping World upon arriving home and told their service department they needed to send someone out to fix problem as it was unsafe to pull in traffic and would not stay in one lane. On the second day a service truck was sent out and confirmed what I already knew, it was not squared. The tires already showed signs of excessive wearing as well. After going back and forth withe the they came and picked up the camper and took it back to examine it more thoroughly and found it had more issues causing the tracking problems. When I found out they were sending back to the factory where it was made I became concerned about what I was going to get back if anything. After being told it was a factory problem and not their fault I just wanted the to exchange it for another or get my money back. From this point on my phone calls were ignored and delayed when returned. I finally called corporate and got a case number and then they refused to return my inquiries. So, I finally got back in touch with corporate and told them I just wanted my money back and they forwarded it back to Nashville with my request. I was told by Camping World that they were not responsible for a damaged product from the factory. Nice to know, would have been nicer if they had told me they didn't stand by what they were selling. My advice is stay away from these people they will only take your money and leave you hanging. It was a brand new unit. Don't believe when the owner says "if you're not happy he isn't". They don't practice what they preach.

Honestly, I am kind of glad they are blowing me off now. Super high pressure sales and crap selections that are WAY over priced. The manager acts as a closer and tries to pressure you into buying. I went to see a class a rv. Gave them a 2 hour notice prior to coming. Nothing was prepared before getting there. Salesman couldn't even find the keys to unlock the hood to check the oil etc. After a quick walk through, they were already asking for a deposit. I wasn't able to drive it. It was blocked in. The rv was $7000 over market price and had severe damage to the back corner. I was told it wasn't anything to worry about. What else were they hiding? I was told I could use my financing anywhere there was a Camping World. You can't. They word everything loosely so you have no real answers. They expect you to crash your credit at every location after they pressure you into starting paperwork. They are there to sell, not help you. They don't care about you or your wellbeing. Just the sale. I was told I need to make a deposit or the rv will be gone tomorrow. 4 days later the piece of junk is still there and still way overpriced. I got my deposit back and walked away. Online it sells for 33k in much better shape and half the milage. They have it at 40k. The repair will be from 5k to 10k+ on top of that. They literally lie to your face without battingan eye. The manager told me my rep has been pushing him for a discount all day. I literally spoke with my rep an hour prior and he said they don't discount. Then they said they gave me a $2500 discount on a trashed rv marked up by $7000 and in need of a serious repair.. I don't even know if that is true. I walked away. Again lie after lie just to get the sale and kick you out. I don't expect much less from Camping World. The store, the dealership, all scammers. Pay more get less. Run from this place. They will pressure you into doing all the paper work and hound you for a deposit on overpriced trash. I used them once for a repair also. Never again. After arguing with the manager, they gave my money back on the shady jerry rigged repair for $500. They didn't fix anything. In fact they broke my controller with clips and wires instead of just fixing it.

We purchased a brand new camper. On the road after only having it for 2 weeks. Down the road we had no heat no electric. Stopped here to get help. The girl in service would not even try to help us. Said we had no appt. Very rude. So here we are traveling and freezing after 44000 dollars. Very unhappy

Today was my first time visiting Camping World, and I loved it! There was a particular Keystone Camper that my husband and I wanted to look at. When we entered the store, we met Drew, and he was super helpful. Drew got some info from James and I, and then we were able to check out the Camper we wanted to see. Drew also showed us a couple of other Campers. Drew was very professional, and we loved that there was no high-pressure sales. We highly recommend Camping World. Plus, they love Veterans and have a super cool American Flag flying outside the store!

I walked into Camping World of Nashville excited about finally getting my dream motorhome, but this place turned what should have been a thrilling purchase into a nightmare of deception and ghosting. From the moment I told the sales team I wasn’t interested in their insane 20-year financing trap or that ridiculously overpriced "starter kit" (seriously, who marks up basic RV essentials like they’re gold-plated?), their attitude flipped like a bad horror movie. Suddenly, the friendly chit-chat dried up, and communication came to a screeching halt. No follow-ups, no questions about my needs—just radio silence until the rig showed up on my doorstep days later. It felt like they only cared about closing the deal on their terms, and once I pushed back, I became invisible. To top it off, they slapped on a so-called "inspection" fee without a whisper of transparency. They mentioned it in passing, buried under some cryptic acronym (PDS or whatever nonsense they used) with zero explanation. Imagine my shock when the final bill hit and I realized it was a whopping $1,000! For what? A quick once-over? They never broke it down, never showed me the report—nothing. Just pure, sneaky upselling hidden in fine print and vague jargon. If this is how they treat customers, it’s no wonder they have to trick people into overpaying. Do yourself a massive favor: AVOID this shady operation at all costs. Get EVERY SINGLE THING in writing upfront, because their word means zilch. I regret not walking away sooner, and now I’m out a ton of cash and trust. One star is generous—it’s more like negative infinity for a dealership that prioritizes profits over people. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible experience. We quickly found a great little RV and applied for financing. While waiting for acceptance, my husband and I asked if we could step out for lunch and come back to finish up. We were told no problem. When we got back about an hour later, the salesman stated another salesperson had sold out RV to another customer who put cash down. We were never given an option to put cash down to hold the camper. We would definitely have done so. My husband and I were crushed. We spent over 4 hours through the process and left with nothing. The manager cane out and basically said if they happen to get anything else I, they would let us know, but sorry, can't do anything about it. Bad bad business and obviously bad communication between sales people. Horrible

Just purchases a used RV this week. Everyone we spoke with from the time we arrived to look, to when we drove off the lot with the rig were absolute professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely give them a chance to earn your business. Price of unit was the lowest that I found. Doc fees and preparation fees were disclosed early in the process. No hidden fees or surprises when it came time to sign the papers. All of our questions were answered any small issues with the unit were fixed prior to leaving. Highly Recommend.
