Astral Hoops

Words cannot describe how SATISFIED I am! I’ve been hooping 5 years, owned 2 other LEDs and never liked the feel or customer service. Decided to make a third switch to Astral and I am impressed! The weight isn’t too heavy, the balance is perfection, and the customer service is excellent. I had a lot of questions after being let down by the prior 2 places and every question I had was answered quickly and politely. I’ve now had my hoop for about 2 1/2 years and it finally snapped. This was my first time ever breaking a hoop. Astral walked me through getting a service and they quickly shipped my hoop back. Sadly my hoop has yet to arrive. After a few days of panic and devistation I reached out to astral and was sent a replacement! I 100% was not expecting that! Getting my replacement hoop back was intense, it was signed for and delivered to the wrong house but at NO fault to the Astral Hoops company (I got my hoop from the wrong address, thank goodness for small town living). Most companies don’t go this far to make customers happy especially when not a single thing that happened was their fault. I’m extremely grateful! I'm definitely a customer for life! Hands down this is the company to get your LED Hoop from. I have the Atomic V AF and I love it!

So much love for Astral hoops! They' are globally recognized as being one of the best hoop companies around! I have friends in Japan, Mexico, and all over the US rocking their astral hoops and more! Their entire team is so fantastic. They pay so much attention to detail and everything that comes from their shop is carefully made. They offer additional support even after your purchase which goes to show that they care about you and your experience. This is a company that truly cares. From the owners, to their marketing team, to the engineers, the customer service team, and builders, I've never seen so much passion in one place. Their products are unique, high quality, bright, long-lasting, beautiful, durable, and user-friendly. They truly encompass the meaning of art and flow, and I couldn't be more proud to support them! If you're still on the fence about buying from Astral, you should just do it. Treat yo self! I could probably write a novel about how awesome Astral is.

I've been in love with Astral hoops since 2011 when I received my first Atomic. Not only does Astral Hoops make high quality, reliable, beautiful products, they also have excellent customer service. They're super dependable for my LED hoop needs, when I want something new, a quick fix, or an update. Even after trying a handful of different LED hoop companies, I always end up back at Astral. They're the best!

Customer service is top notch! I’ve purchased a Levi Wand and two of their Atomic V Af hoops! One of them had an issue and they were so willing and helpful to give me all the details i needed to return and upgrade free of charge. Their products are the best on the market. I highly recommend them to any beginner or skilled flow artist.

I’ve always been very impressed with not on the product, but also the team over at Astral Hoops. I find my products to be some of the most well made and balanced LED props on the market. With a wide variety of models, tubing options, and price points they truly have a smart hoop for everyone. If and when I should ever have. Problem arise, I know I can send an email or make a phone call and have it resolved as quick as possible. After having shopped around before I can honestly say my loyalty now lies with Astral fue to superior product and top notch customer service!

Their array of LED products and flow toys provides something awesome for any performer wanting to up their game with lights and patterns designed to tantalize any audience. Personally I own the Atomic V LED Contact Staff and no other product compares to the sturdiness and durability of an LED staff as well as mode after mode after mode of stunning visuals that flow with the staff’s movement, each creative and unique in design. I love how intuitive the controls are to switch between light modes and other functions on the staff. And with it’s durability I’m always confident that I can move and spin without breaking the staff where other company’s versions snap to pieces. Additionally, customer service at Astral Hoops is punctual, friendly, and efficient in answering any questions as well as addressing any issues with their products.
