I do a lot of business with this company and I have been dealing with them for about 4 years. If I had to describe them with a few words I would say they have integrity, they are honest, and they generally care about the people they deal with. They sell quality products and provide top notch service. This is a family business and it shows because they will treat you like a member of thier family.

I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!

Bill at Industrial Battery is the best! He tried to refurbish our electric forklift battery and then when it would not take, he was able to come up with a good reconditioned battery to make it work like new. Bill kept me informed as he searched for a battery and speaking with him, he is the only battery expert I've ever spoken with who really could explain the details of battery charging and charge cycling. He has earned my business for heavy duty batteries! Great guy to work with!

As the name suggests, "Industrial" Battery Services primarily deals with industrial sized jobs. (If you ever go back to "the shop" you'll see what I mean.) But what I like about IBS is they do way more than the big stuff. I've had power tool "drill pack" batteries rebuilt by them and they came out stronger than original. And on five different occasions they have had small specialty batteries in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else (odd small door bell batteries, off the wall "button / coin" batteries and very rare batteries that I use in optics at work.) The service is always great and the prices are good too. And with keeping in mind they are a small, locally owned family business, I'll continue to buy from them when I can.

I pick up batteries for a company that rents their batteries for forklifts with weird sized batteries.. have had no problems with the ones i have picked up and installed.. after the lease is done and returned the battery.. the folks are always friendly and helpful.. very knowledgeable.. you need a industrial battery or a battery repaired.. contact these folks.. if they cant help you they will point you the right way....

Great experience. Good money for the batteries I took in. And guy that took care of me was super nice! Thanks. Wow went back today and the service and money was terrible. Same guy but was obviously in a hurry to eat lunch cuz he did not want to wait on me.
