Lowe's Home Improvement

This is my home town store went in there today me and my wife looking for a toilet found where they where looked for help none to be found so we looked for a buggy for about 15 minutes got it finily got it on the cart then got to the lover doors we wanted looked for someone again once again no one to be found loaded them ourselves went to the tile setion look for more help none to be found went to check out 4 employees standing in a huddle talking went past not one asked could they help us so we went all the way from the 1st register and went all the way to contractor sales desk only one person working there go get my truck to get it loaded and just about had everything loaded when someone ask coud they help me .but i know why its like this its because your store is the only lumber place in this town so you dont have to give a dam. Will i can tell you i will drive alot futher for services.and we stated our shoping at around 415 in the afternoon. Im guessing lack of management i hope some other company comes to this little town and put you out of business.

Very disrespectful employees today. I’ve been here a few times, and today was just another level. The guy over electrical (aisle 13?) kept talking over me and assuming what I needed rather than listen to anything I was saying—David—I think was his name. Then other customer was asking an employee who was walking by for help. The employee stopped, looked at what the customer was asking about and just walked off. It was such bad customer service that the customer and I just stopped and stared at each other for a moment. Then at checkout, one of my items didn’t have a barcode on it, and when the employee tried to look up the item, she was selecting a random item that was double the cost. I had to go myself and grab another one off the shelf (which wouldn’t be a huge deal if she wasn’t just assuming that the item was another cost). Overall, it felt like I was an inconvenience when I needed help.

Bought a new refrigerator today and had the best experience possible. Lina helped us with the purchase and provided amazing customer service. Albert helped my husband load the refrigerator and was friendly and patient while my husband unboxed it to ensure there were no dents or scratches before hauling it over an hour home. 10/10 - very impressed!

Staff were kind and helpful, store facilities were clean well organized and tidy prices were fair and reasonable. Definitely a great option for all your home care needs.

I just moved to the area and needed a lot of home improvement stuff. My previous experiences going to Lowe's, in other places I have lived are mediocre at best, but this Lowe's was mind blowing! EVERYONE I asked for whatever I needed, no matter how odd or small knew right where to find it in that giant store. Hats off to Crystal and Yuma especially!! Thank you all for the great service:) No big box-store stigma for you guys.

I couldn't be any more pleased with the services provided! I had a terrible experience at my local Lowes and drove an hour to South Boston Lowes for my return. AJ made the process smooth and easy! Wonderful customer service!!! I'll gladly drive an hour for my Lowes purchases from here on!

Was in the store for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me or asked if they could help. There were two employees sitting in an aisle talking and laughing totally ignoring me the customer.
