College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Milwaukee

Would NEVER use again. I don’t know how this place has such great ratings. In the beginning of our moving process, we talked on the phone with someone to give them our inventory, tell them about the moving process, how far the movers have to walk, etc. Well- when the movers came to our apartment, they disclosed that they cannot take anything not in a box (which was NEVER told to me) so there were dozens of zipper bags of clothes, blankets, pillows, etc that couldn’t be moved. They said they didn’t get the couch listed either, which is a lie. They even took the doors off of our tv stand so they wouldn’t break, and didn’t even bring the doors because they "weren’t in a box" after THEY took them off. Then, when they got to our home (BRAND NEW, first home by the way, keep in mind), Tyler said "okay so should we just leave everything in the garage for you guys?" It is evident they never intended on doing a good job. He was so incredibly rude when he realized that we had a two story home (of which, was disclosed prior to) yelling "TWO STORIES, MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY!" Just so incredibly frustrating. Then- he carried a large 6 foot desk upstairs by himself, he should’ve used his partner, because he managed to ding up all of our walls on the stairs and hallway. Our 2nd desk was broken in transit. At the end, when we had to pay them, it ended up being cheaper than the quoted price (of which he let us know) however it was only cheaper and a shorter process because they didn’t move half of the items we needed them to. I filed a claim, and the next day they called, but I couldn’t answer because we had to rent a U-Haul to move the rest of our items. I will never work with this company again and will tell those close to me this story, especially if they care about their items and their home. Pictures show a few of the dings and the boxes we had them just leave in the dining room towards the end of the process because we didn’t trust them to move anything any further.

We used College Hunks Hauling & Moving recently (and this is my second time moving with them). Both times I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Most recently, I moved with Josh, Andrew, and Quentin. They were professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire move. They listened carefully to direction, handled our belongings with care, and made sure everything arrived without damage. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend their team for anyone needing a reliable and stress-free moving service!

College hunks provided movers to help us load a Pod we had rented. They did a great job packing the Pod and were fun to work with. They treated our belongings with great care and completed the move very quickly and cleanly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you

Zach, Cliff, and Yousef did a great job! I hired them to pull up carpet following flood damage in the basement. They also moved some furniture items upstairs to the garage. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful. They worked efficiently and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. They ended up finishing under the estimated time that I was quoted, and I was able to get an appointment within two days of calling. I would highly recommend this company for your hauling needs. Very professional, efficient and kind. Great communication. They sent 3-4 emails as reminders for my upcoming move and called the day prior to confirm. They email you a document with recommendations to ensure your move goes smoothly - they state everything should be in boxes, no loose items and they offer packing services if you need that too. They also offer cling wrap for furniture. Everything is discussed before the move so there are no surprises. On the day of the move they came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were open to communication and listened to my requests. No furniture was damaged in the process. They wrapped things nicely and protected my furniture in their truck with blankets and by securing to the insides of the truck. Moved my whole apartment in 3 hours and they were transparent and accurate about the estimated cost. They made my move less stressful. I would choose them again and I would recommend to friends and family!

Zachary and his team at College Hunks were fantastic from start to finish! Their response time was excellent, and they were friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked hard to help us load up and haul away damaged belongings after a basement flood, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Great workers who truly got the job done—highly recommend!

My personal experience hiring this company was great- from the initial contact, to a rep coming here to look at what we had to haul out of here- for me at this point the price for our junk to be hauled up and out of basement was good. They had us booked for today and actually came out earlier than expected which worked out even better!! The crew of Zebedee, Miz and Quintin were professional, quiet and quick moving- better than I could've done that's for sure! The price stayed within the quote given so yes I would highly recommend if you need unwanted items removed and can't get it done otherwise. Plus I guess if you use the services they donate to a feed hungry kids charity so that's awesome to! 10 outta 10 highly recommended and appreciated!
