This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and I will say everything went great. I literally made the reservation online while driving to the location so that was completely convenient. I arrived after office hours, but that was fine because all of my Access was emailed to me. They made it easy to pre-pay for a couple of months, and getting in and out of the storage was very easy. I had to call Customer Service to get a couple of questions answered, she was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. Next time I need a temporary storage, this will be the first place I go!
Andry, was very polite as well as attentive to all my needs. Ran into a little situation and she did her best to rectify what she could on her end. Definitely recommend using their services if you're in need of a storage space for a while.
When I came to extra space Anthony helped me and went above and beyond to make sure my move in was successful. I came in on edge moving can be very difficult and he made the ending the best. Thank you so much Anthony

I'm so glad I found this storage that is worth every penny I like how always nice and clean the area. They help me pick the right one that I needed and the staff and workers are very friendly and anytime I need help with anything. They always wanted to step in and help With no questions that and I love the fact that they check on us and offer us water cause it's hell I'm hot in Vegas, Especially one of these employees Andry Merida Definitely respectful, a great hard worker always offering us water and anything we need to make us stay here much comfortable, and our great experience I definitely will recommend Extra Storage is #1
