Never have had such a pleasant experience getting into an accident! I was able to get my car in pretty much as soon as the other parties insurance confirmed they'd pay for everything since they were at fault. They worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to do anything but wait for it to be done. Once they were done, I drove in and drove out in less than 5 minutes, with a fully cleaned AND detailed car inside and out! That was definitely a very welcome surprise, as they didn't have to do that. They put in that extra effort to go beyond what I have experienced at other auto body shops. Hopefully I don't have to bring my car in again, but I would definitely come back here if I ever need body work again! Thank you 🙂

I've taken our Chaparral 33FFL to the Council Bluffs location for new tires and the Gretna location for winterization. Both were very positive experiences. Prices were appropriate for the level of service. With the winterization, they also included an inspection. One of our tires had a nail in it and they were able to take off the bad tire and put on the spare. They don't repair tires, but I was able to take it to a local place to get it fixed.

We rely on Central Body for the majority of our Amazon delivery vehicle body work, and they consistently deliver top-tier service. Brittani is a standout — knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable when it comes to turnaround times. She communicates clearly and follows through on her commitments, which makes coordinating repairs seamless. In contrast to some of the challenges we’ve had with other local shops, Central Body has proven to be both efficient and reliable. Whether it’s a major repair or a quick touch-up, like the recent 15-minute job Jeff and Christian completed to get a vehicle road-ready, their team shows up ready to help. Central Body is always our first call. Their professionalism and consistent performance make them a trusted partner in keeping our fleet on the road.

This company ruined our vehicle. We took it in for hail repair, which should have been done in three weeks. It took SEVENTEEN weeks and it's still not repaired correctly. When they repaired our roof for hail damage they did not seal it properly and our vehicle leaked causing a lot more damage inside that they cleaned instead of replaced. They also put many, many burn holes in our seats, carpet, floor mats, and paneling. We drove 30 miles THREE separate times for them to fix our vehicle and we still have problems. We got the president's assistant and director of operations involved and we still could not get things resolved. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are not reliable, they have terrible communication and their craftsmanship is terrible. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Updated response to my review: Yes, you are correct. We declined to bring our vehicle in for a FOURTH time. It should NEVER have taken that long or that many times for us to get our vehicle taken care of. If we have to bring it in that many times for you to make corrections and fix your mistakes, what does that tell you about your work? Respectfully, we stand by our decision to not allow your company to damage our vehicle any more than you already have.

I went to Central Body to have an estimate completed on my camper after a wind storm hit Blair, NE. I had another estimate completed at different shop and I felt that they were not giving me a valid estimate. Working with Kristi and Hayden was great. They were honest with me and gave me the answers that I was looking for.

We are delighted with the work Central Body did on our RV. It’s always nice when a company exceeds expectations and that was certainly the case here. We originally chose them for their big bays capable of painting RV’s but they are so much more than that. Their attention to details is phenomenal. They contacted us several times about little things so they would get it exactly right, and they did! The staff was friendly, approachable, collaborative and obviously takes great pride in their work. The next day, after picking up our RV, I was at a gas station filling up when some guy came up to me and remarked on my beautiful rig. He just couldn’t say enough good things as he studied the RV up, down, and across like he was looking at the Mona Lisa. It validated our decision to restore this 19 year old RV to its former glory, and apparently to something even better! Thank you Central Body, you did a great job and you have our high praise for your good work.

Took my 5th wheel here for hail damage. I really enjoyed working with Central Body. Kristi was amazing from the start. Friendly and knowledgeable. When I sent emails for updates or questions, I received responses within 15 minutes. Hayden was also very helpful throughout the process. They worked with my insurance, which from the sounds of it wasn’t particularly friendly to them, but Central Body remained professional and had my best interest in mind. Ultimately the insurance company decided to total the 5th wheel. Hayden contacted me to walk me through the rest of the process. Great team to work with. I would be more than happy to work with them again.
