Bought two batteries from this location two years ago for my Ford F250 Super Duty. They went bad and interstate replaced them for free no questions asked after load testing my old ones. When I bought them two years ago they came with a thirty month free replacement warranty and they definitely stood behind that warranty.

Great service. This location doesn't have a variety of batteries like the other battery centers, but if you need a car battery and want it quickly, they are great.

Service was great, popped our heads in and instantly loved the atmosphere. The people here are great, I'd say that this is the best stop on I-80, and that means across the whole US. We were in and out in a matter of moments.

I had batteries brand new batteries in the machine for two months they died they will not refund them or exchange them only thing they would do is charge him up and say they're good when they're not I put them back in the machine and it would not start my machine had the tested battery from another place and they were no good they tested week interstate argued with me about it would not refund or exchange them

I work at cooters recycling and they came to our shop trying to sell some al-cad batteries. we bought them not knowing what they were because there are not your normal battery. long story short they brought them to our shop in a plain truck saying they cleaned out there dead grampas shed and this is what was in there. so we payed for them and then when we tried to sell the batteries to are dealer he said it would cost us 1.50 a pound to git id of. so this company was trying to screw us and they did,they returned the next few days layer trying to sell more. if you think my story is bs call cooters recycling. ooo the owner said sorry when we busted them and says he thought they were normal batteries but he wanted to just sell to a lil shop like us. that was the owner travis that said that. joke company

Great staff experienced and helpful. Too bad our truck gave out w drive train issues. At least it provides shelter
