I love this store. The employees are always extremely kind and helpful. They make it a very personal experience.

Service = excellent. People are positive, polite, professionals. Hallmark has lessened some of the card selection.

The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. I love this store and so glad it has been here for so many years. They keep such a great assortment of meaningful and beautiful small gifts. And I was super happy to find a good selection of $1.00/$2.00 cards for Mother's Day!! I have several moms to get cards for and at regular price it can get out of control!! So glad they carry quality economical cards too!

Such a great Hallmark location in the Kiln Creek community! The staff was very friendly and offered many suggestions for what I was looking for. Mary was very helpful at the register. I enjoy coming here for their seasonal items! The place is always well stocked and organized!

Holly & Josh went above & beyond customer service yesterday when I couldn’t find the cards I was looking for; they both looked in the back and in the draws beneath the card displays for the cards I needed. Unfortunately they didn’t find them. I have never experienced that kind of customer service in any store. But everytime I visit this Hallmark store; I’m greeted with a warm welcome & a Thank You when I leave. The store is clean, well stocked and the displays are very inviting! well done Banner Hallmark! It’s my go to store when I need cards or gifts!
