If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s been one thing after another since I’ve moved here. If you look most of the 5 stars are for how great the tour went or how nice the staff was well that doesn’t mean anything compared to the 1 stars they deserve from the people actually living here. For one my ac unit was out for a WHOLE YEAR they finally fixed it after I threatened to put my rent in escrow and call labor and compliance on them. I had water leaking from a light fixture in my bathroom for months that eventually turned into mold on the ceiling it took them months to fix it. The back gates have been broken since I’ve moved out here so don’t think your moving to a nice gated community anyone can drive right through. The front gate is also broken they claim it will be fixed soon but it hasn’t been. The complex itself looks dirty and the grounds are not well kept. It’s barely any grass near my building just a lot of mud and dirt. There has been a frequency of trash being piled up in front of the trash compactors because no one has come and picked up the trash,. Half of the lights are out in the parking lot or there flickering on and off which isn’t very safe. They can’t come fix anything but they will definitely make sure your car gets towed if it is not in compliance and don’t park in front of the rental office even tho we were told we could after hours smh this place is not luxury it’s a dump. Every room in my apartment walls are cracking up which I will be getting that looked into and will be having someone check into the compliance of these apartments because they def are not up to code. Smh DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will regret it.

Moved in from out of state. Didn’t even get a chance to see the apartment or complex in person, but Michael was awesome! Offered a virtual tour and great throughout the whole process. Very easy to get a hold of. I got here and everything worked out great! Apartment isn’t too shabby and seems like a good spot. Fully gated around the complex too. Whenever Michael wasn’t available, Antwon was super helpful and helped in anyway he could. Overall a good spot, so far!

I have been here helping my sister since she was sick and was very pleased with when I went to the office and had to talk to Michael and he was so attentive to the need. It was very nice to be listened too and the way helped other residents was wonderful. It was very nice getting to make a cookie sandwich for a fun afternoon. Im also very much looking forward to my first food truck experience. Thank you Michael for telling about these wonderful experiences while I'm here.

This apartment complex is in a great location, and has many community events each year. The complex is beautiful, and the units are spacious. That said, I have several issues with the maintenance and management teams. Maintenance is severely lacking. My AC has broken three times in the past two months alone, and I have to constantly badger them to come fix it for two-three weeks before they even come to look at it. I also have water damage in my ceiling, and the maintenance team just covered it up, so the ceiling is still soft in that area. Parking is utterly ridiculous, only one parking spot per unit, and only one guest parking lot, so I have to walk across the whole complex to get to my car. The internet is mediocre at best, constantly breaking down, and Verizon does not have a good connection. The Pool is not for teens/older children, as it is a walk-in pool with a very small section of a depth of five feet at the deepest. Each unit is only permitted one guest at the pool, which is disappointing when I have family visiting. I had originally moved to this complex for the safety a gated community provides, but the back gate has been broken since before I moved here over a year ago, and the front gate has broken twice, and has not been fixed from the last time it broke two months ago. As a female that works night shift, I feel unsafe walking between my unit and my car. Overall, moving into this complex is not worth the price for all the issues that arise, nor the stress.

There are so many negative things that can be said about this complex and the way it is run, but I'd like to talk about one of the best things about Meridian Parkside. That would be our new Assistant Property Manager. Michael makes things fun around the property. He works hard to plan things for the residents to enjoy. And who doesn't like to not have to cook on Fridays? Food Truck Fridays have definitely become a favorite for the residents. Everything from cookie decorating, and grab and go treats to bingo and the pool party people still talk about. I know he is leaving soon and whoever takes his place will have so big shoes to fill

I had a great experience touring this apartment. The property manager, Sara was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all my questions. Sara even followed up later in the week plus shared fantastic recommendations for local food and entertainment spots. It made the whole process feel welcoming and stress-free.
