Mini Price Storage

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and easy to move around with my storage items. Storage units were clean and clear. Loading access was relatively easy with equipment to help unload and move within the facility. Rest rooms were clean and accessible. Security was good. Turn around for van carrying my goods was simple 3 point turn. No issues or problems.

I have been with this Mini Price Storage for 6 years, and this place is amazing! It is very nice and clean, and the customer service is superb! Their kindness, pleasantry, and willingness to assist is unmatched. Rhonda is the epitome of what excellent customer service is. If you’re looking for storage (long or short term), don’t look elsewhere! I have recommended others to try Mini Price, and they are equally as pleased.

Have stored my things here for almost 3 years. Staff is always nice. Haven't seen any bugs, no rat poop. Very clean facility. If you care about your belongings, store them here! They have big flat carts to easy load and unload your things. No trash cans but that's why its rodent free.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Called for a quote and was given a great rate and promotion. We used the free truck that was offered and move in was an easy process

The staff at mini price storage on lynnhaven are always so kind. When you call them to ask questions they are so helpful and pleasant to talk too. I do recommend this location to anyone who is looking to rent a unit.

Very very clean! Temperature controlled units! Love all the discounts given and super helpful staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe place to store their valuables. Especially military! Same day move in and move out!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The manager of this facility made it so easy for me to transition from South Florida back to Virginia Beach, extremely professional and courteous, and made sure everything was a Pleasant experience overall. From all the workers that I’ve encountered there in the last two or three weeks have been phenomenal as well. I even got a phone call follow up who was also extremely helpful and professional like I said I recommend this place hands-down.
