I drove to the office so I could see the physical size of a few units. Wesley and the other gentleman working today were sooo helpful. They explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. I had been searching online and was a bit apprehensive. They clarified everything for me and made the process of leasing super smooth. I am happy they were working today! Oh, and when touring the facility, I could tell that it was secure and safe. Clean and well maintained as well. I am happy that I chose StorageMart.

I have had a fantastic experience renting unit 724 at the Storage Mart on 3212 Dam Neck Road in Virginia Beach Virginia. The facility is consistently clean, well maintained, and secure, which gives me great peace of mind. Getting in and out is always easy, the drive up access is a huge plus for loading and unloading. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and always go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. For anyone in Virginia Beach area needing reliable storage, I highly recommend this storage facility. I'ts the best!

Justin did a great job explaining the facilities, answering our questions, and providing a tour of the rooms we were interested in. On top of all that were the promotions in the monthly rentals that we were able to take advantage of. Even all the representatives that we'd talked to while finalizing our contract over the phone were very helpful and professional. Great job all around!

We didn't need storage for long BUT the time we did spend using the facility was better than my husband expected. Clean location, easy to work with Justin to get us moved in and then out recently. HIGHLY recommend their services at StorageMart!

If you’re military looking for a place to store your car while you are away this is it! The staff here are very helpful. I decided to store my car here before deployment. I was struggling to disconnect the battery thankfully one of the guys assisted me. Additionally, they mentioned that they also offer assistance jump starting your car if your battery is dead when you come back to get your car after a long TDY or deployment. I highly recommend Storage Mart, they made storing my car a very simple process!
