Just purchased a new hvac from E & E Gliddon mini split plan. This company had a great salesman that walked us thru the purchase. They installed the next day. They all did a great job. Very professional thru the whole process. These guys were great. I would suggest them if you are looking for a great unit.

Ergi was FANTASTIC!! He asked many questions to determine the issues we were having with our air conditioning. He was friendly, helpful, and so thorough in his explanation, "with photos" to clarify exactly what needed to be done. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from such a knowledgeable service technician.

I had an air conditioner unit replaced this week. Jaryn was the site coordinator who did the initial inspection. He was so easy to work with, and answered all my questions. He really took the time to make sure I could make educated decisions. He was honest and his customer service was outstanding. The installation was completed by Joseph and Randall. They were friendly and helpful from the start. I had a lot of questions, and they really took time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening. Having worked for Disney for over 15 years I know great customer service when I see it, and they exceeded my expectations. This is a five star organization. I highly recommend this company. Paul

I had a great experience with E&E Gliddon Home Services. Their team was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cared about fixing my air conditioning problem. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish!

If you have a new TRANE system get a second opinion from an authorized TRANE dealer if E&E tells you the parts are no longer made and you’ll need to buy a new unit. I did this and Trane was able to place the order for the parts through a different vendor. There isn’t a guaranteed delivery date but I’m not spending $7,000 on the new unit they quoted. UPDATE - E & E called me to get a better understanding of how they could change their process to better serve their customers with warranty issues. The best advice I could give them was if a unit is under warranty, make sure all avenues are pursued to repair the unit before telling them the only option is a brand new unit. Management said they would review all warranty calls in the future. E & E insisted on making things right and came out free of charge to add coolant so the A/C would work until the replacement parts arrived. I really appreciated the fact that they would step up to do this.
