Genmax Power

I purchased this generator 2023 to take with us in our travel trailer. I’ve only used it a few times while traveling. We stored the trailer the fall of 2024 and I stored the generator in my garage. When I took out of storage I tried to start it using propane, it’s dual fuel , it wouldn’t start. I did checked for spark , which was there. I called generac support and spoke with Mason who was very knowledgeable about the generator. He mentioned that there may be an issue with the co sensor which he would send to me. I mentioned that I haven’t used gas in the generator as of yet, as I’m trying to eliminate the gas fumes when I take it in our travel trailer. He suggested trying gas to see if it would start. Lo and behold it started and ran perfectly. I believe the on board battery , from storage, had lost its charge. Apparently it needs a charged battery to start on propane. I informed Generac that my generator was running perfectly.

Genmax 9000IE Awesome generator, we use it on our food trailer. Up until now, we have had zero issues. Stopped running, took it to a local shop, and once we figured out what it was we contacted Genmax. They were able to send us the new part free of charge. They were very easy to work with and prompt on getting us what we needed. Would definitely recommend these generators.

I purchased this generator a little over a month ago as an exclusive item to Sam’s Club and just finished the break-in period, which was around eight hours of runtime, and had zero issues during that time, in fact, I even noticed an improvement in engine performance during this time (there were absolutely no issues on the first start up, or there after, the improved engine performance was coming from the initial break-in period, which is normal). I can also give two thumbs up for Genmax‘ customer service as I unfortunately broke a part, (which was completely on me and NOT any fault of the generator build OR manufacturer) and needed to contact Genmax‘ customer service to get a new part, not only did I get a representative on the phone right away, I also had the part in my hand within seven days, thank you Tristen A for seeing it thru from start to finish. And much thanks to Genmax for being on top of their customer service game. In a day and age where most shopping is done online, I believe CS plays a big part in returning customers/consumers. I would definitely recommend this generator and Genmax.

I have two Genmax generators. I contacted Genmax customer service regarding repair parts for the older one and received an immediate response. They decided to warranty the part even though they did not have to. Obviously, I have really used this generator. Great customer service for an excellent product.

I have a genmax 2000i generator, I have had good experience with it, it is quiet and very economical on fuel, I have used it around 25% load, only for lights and fans and with 1.5 liters it works 5 hours. 3.3 hours per liter. I've had it for a little over a year and a half, now the starter broke and the rope is left out. I can't turn it on. I contacted support and they responded and offered to send the broken part. for free... 5 days later the parts arrived at the shipping address in the United States and finally arrived to Cuba, very good service from the people at Genmax, I also have the best opinion about the generator, it works very well, it makes almost no noise, it is very economical, and He has been working for a year and 8 months around 5 hours a day and sometimes more. very good quality I give it 5 stars.
