Great customer service: Hard to find good customer service these days... I am so glad, I found this Battery shop... especially being a woman and many shops try to rip us off. I shopped around.. prices were reasonable and they installed the battery. Many places dont install... weird ‍♀️ Month after purchasing my battery I started to have issues... Abby the manager said bring it in we will have a look and take care of it. Matt the mechanic notice the corrosion on the battery ate the clap.... he said no problem we will replace it.. they took real good care of it...I appreciate the hospitality too. I would definitely recommend coming here ..women

I needed a new battery for my granddaughters razor scooter so I called prime battery solutions. The owner said don’t worry about taking anything apart. Just bring the whole scooter down here and we’ll remove the battery and install the new one all for the price of the battery. I was so pleased with this and offered to buy them lunch Because they worked on this for at least a half hour. But the owner said no this is part of our service. These two guys were absolutely superb in there, Service and style! I would highly recommend turning to them for your battery needs.

Super friendly service. Reasonably priced. Freddy really did more than he needed to. He cleaned the tray holding the battery, cleaned the corrosion, installed the battery.
